This review is pendingJust know my insurance company was scammed out of labor and parts that never happened or never was placed on my vehicle. More pics and info to follow. Seeking legal advice currently on how to move forward. My car is worst than when I gave it to them.

Horrible. Stay away. I got an estimate from the of how long it would take to be fixed. They informed me that it will take only a few days to a week. They don't ever call you and update you on anything. They wait for you to call them. A week later they said all the parts are not in and should be in next week. They were called back early the next week and they stated that all the parts are in and the care should be ready by the end of the week. At then end of the week they said it wasn't ready by next Friday. Called them on Thursday for an update, they then claimed that the they are waiting on a part. Every week that rental car is costing us money out of our own pockets and we keep getting a different response every time. At this point I am mad because I thought the vehicle would be fixed a couple of weeks ago according to what one rep said. I don't blame the reps themselves because they are getting the information from the people in the shop. However, people in the shop need to get their hind parts in gear. It is bad customer service not to give customers enough information or the correct information. It's also horrible that we are the ones having to make all the calls to check on the vehicle when they should be calling the customer immediately when they realize there is a delay or an issue. I am not blaming them for not having parts ect.. But I am blaming them for not calling us and letting us know what is going on. Today is Thursday when they claimed it would be fixed by Friday. Now they are claiming for sure it will be ready next week. Where have we heard that before. I don't eve know what kind of work they have done because we can't even get the work done for me to make an assessment on that. By the way, this is a brand new vehicle. Those parts should be easily assessable. In my opinion they are just putting us off for other things and making excuses and are going to fix it when they get good and ready. I have never had a pro shop treat us this way. The later also told me her boss would call me when he got in at 4:00 pm. You think I got a call from her telling me that he wasn't going to make it or a call back from him? This is beyond unbelievable. I wouldn't advise using this pro shop.

Zac and his team are the absolute best! Fixed my car from damage from a deer and got me going quickly and efficiently! I can’t thank them enough for their impeccable customer service and awesome repair service. They are very insurance savvy and are very reasonable even without insurance. I've had two vehicles fixed there and I've never seen a paint and body repair shop do better than factory when in reality there was factory issues in my silver metallic which is a tough paint to deal with I know but yet they did better than factory

We got our car detailed here, the car had spills in it from a Thanksgiving Turkey transport. Smelled terrible and stains everywhere. These guys did an AMAZING job and got everything like we just bought it ! Thank you so much, you’re amazing, I’ll bringing my car here every time !
