I've had this storage for about 6 years and in the last year I've been disappointed with this facility. I've come on two occasions to find a red lockout on my unit after I paid my bill on time. This storage isn't close to me and I came on a Saturday to find I'm locked out. This is unfair that I cannot get into a storage that I'm paying for on time . I have wasted my time and gas on this trip. Maybe they're trying to tell me they no longer want my business. Two red lockouts and I've paid on time seems that Gallery of Storage management wants to inconvenience me enough to make me just go away.
