I have just started with StoreEase Storage. I received friendly and professional help from Lee Ellen with locating my unit, and can now look forward to using the facility. I like the location and it’s very clean and with an emphasis on safety and convenience.

This place is the absolute best! The facility is so clean and convenient. All the technology amenities that this place has is just golden! More importantly, the staff is the BEST part of this business. Everybody has been so professional and helpful during this whole process. Anna did a great job at helping me get set up with my unit!!! 24/7 access is a plus! I usually get tired of seeing computers take over the human experience, but the virtual management system in the lobby is the greatest exception! It was still personal while was able to connect and communicate with the staff.I highly recommend this facility to everybody! They have indoor climate control units and drive up outdoor access units. Very much worth the very affordable cost!Thanks Courtney for sending the link!

StorEase opened my four storage units and changed my locks w/o my consent. I paid for a full year in advance on all four units and have seven months left on my contract, yet they changed my locks without even calling me first. (They sent an email which went to my spam.) That said, I unknowingly stopped by my storage units to pick up some stuff and was locked out. StorEase is not the owner of all the facilities they manage. They are a storage management business that uses a computerized system allowing the units to be opened remotely. If there is a dishonest employee or hacker, a renter's possessions are no longer safe. There is not a manager on-site and they try to manage the self-storage facility from over five hours away in Birmingham, AL. The open sign is always on but there is NEVER a person on site, just a virtual computerized assistant. As a result of them changing my locks, one of my storage unit doors was jammed and would not open, and the virtual assistant was useless in helping me. After talking to a StorEase representative from Birmingham about the lock removing fiasco, I tried using their automated locking system the next day and was locked out again from my four units. The error message said: invalid credentials. I spoke with a StorEase rep again and they were unable to help me. Ultimately, I was required to download an app and give it access to my location. So now, this business has access to my whereabouts and can track me!!! Adding to the arrogant sense of entitlement of this company, the remote help desk has restricted hours and is closed on Sundays, and the facility now closes at 8:00 pm. What a mess this has been and I still do not know when I'll have access again. The invasive, presumptuous, self-serving behavior of this business should be illegal.

I'm a long-time customer here and could not be happier. The location is VERY convenient, secure, and clean. The prices are good, and management is attentive and keeps a close watch on the facility. I highly recommend Colonel Glenn Storage Center!
