Called to get a quote and was told he didn’t have time. Just a simple quote. No offer to call back. Didn’t even take my number down. It is a shame that some businesses feel so privileged that they don’t even offer BASIC customer service. Don’t worry Clark, this won’t effect the customers you do have time for!

BAD SERVICE this company overcharged people and try to make up there own charges my friend was at there location and I highly recommend anyone doing Bussiness with them please check your invoice and also ask them charges for parts and labor...

I just moved back to Little Rock and was unsure where to take my car for service. They were highly recommended and did not disappoint. So honest and the communication was amazing! This business is a helpful alternative to using foreign car auto shops when they are booked up. They have great customer service and take their time to explain the issue that may present with your vehicle. They move rather quickly, and your vehicle is not there for an extremely long time without contact from the business. The pricing of the repairs is understandable and fully explained when contacted. Finding the location can be difficult if you are not paying attention. The business is actually located behind the liquor store that sits on the main street that you have to turn off of.

I was gratefully referred to Clark's by a friend who is also a Mercedes owner and had a lot of good things to say about their services.Their timely and professional work exceeded my expectations and their fees for my routine milage maintenance was a phenomenal savings to the estimate I was given by Mercedes Benz of Little Rock.The staff were very friendly and personable and made my short wait time very comfortable.Clark's are highly recommended.?
