So I set up a delivery for white glove. The deliver Company shows up with the sorry we missed you sign and placed it on the door and left. They did not knock. They ignored my calls sending me to voicemail 5 times. I messaged them and asked if they would return and responded no. So I contacted their office and after 30 minutes, camera footage, and screenshots of the voicemail and the text from them, they convinced them to return. Almost 5 hours later. The delivery company calls me back. They inform me they are on their way and to answer the door this time. They show up. Stand in front of our door. And tell us they do not assemble because it's not their job to do so. Then. They bring the items inside. My husband tells them again they need to assemble it. They refuse and go to their vehicle and ignore my husband. After 30 minutes of them being rude and unprofessional toward my husband, my husband tells them to leave our property. The Coleman company calls me and informs me I'm lying. That didn't happen. They would not refund. And provided no solutions.

Do not use Blue Truck Moving from Little Rock Arkansas. They rip people off through our nation. They took me for over $2,000.00 with lies and deceit. I am normally not a gullible person, but I was doing something wonderful for a new non-profit project in my area and Blue Truck Moving took my money, and now I am not able to help my area. It was my donation to the kids in my area that grow up with nothing.

This is a trash company. Caution to anyone that is purchasing from a company that uses them as a delivery service. Please look elsewhere. They lie on customer and will accuse you of being the problem. They won't even give you a specific time they will deliver your product. Please do not let the drivers in your home they are just as scandalous. They managers as well as the dispatch. If your store doesn't have the item in the store and use them as a service find the product somewhere else that doesn't use Blue truck service.

Text messages kept me posted about delivery details, they were right on time.Kyle and Taiwan were friendly, handled my furniture with care, and conducted themselves in a professional manner.Would definitely recommend!Thanks guys, Happy Holidays!

Blue Truck moving did an excellent job delivering our large dining room furniture. They were timely, very professional, & thorough with instructions. I would definitely recommend them to family, friends, & neighbors.

I wish that I could give a negative star. This has been the WORST delivery experience. I ordered a 60" round glass table with base that was to be shipped in 2 boxes. Z Gallerie sent my order out for delivery at the expected time - Mid July. On July 10, I received an email that my 60" glass table top was broken [box 1 of 2] by Blue Truck. It had to be reordered; which delayed my delivery another month. Once the replacement arrived, I was sent a new delivery date of 8/13/2023. It was canceled by Blue Truck due to employment issues. On 8/16/2023, my new delivery date, I received only the glass for my table in a very tattered box. From the looks of it, I thought it was broken too; however, it was intact. Where is my base? I contacted the manager, Morgan K., over at Blue Truck, she has no idea what's happening in a place that she supposedly runs. The warehouse had no idea where my base was. There were several conversations with Morgan; in which, she gave me lackadaisical responses. She finally called me Friday 8/18/2023 and advised me that my base was in their "inventory hold" area and that she would deliver my base on Wed. I gave pushback. Since my order has had so many issues and delays, I felt as though I should have been made priority. In light of this, she gave me a Monday, Aug 21st, 2023 delivery date. She called me Monday, and advised that they now couldn't find my base. I asked, why would you confirm a delivery appointment for an item that was clearly lost without first verifying that it had been located? She advised me to contact Z Gallerie. EXCUSE ME? Why would I contact Z Gallerie if your inventory shows that YOU, BLUE TRUCK, have it in your possession? What sense does that make ma'am? I asked if I could have a manager over her or some other escalation to the owners. She told me she couldn't do that. So you're forced to deal with her and she doesn't know which end is up. Frustrating experience. This makes me never want to deal with Z Gallerie again on a large freight item if they source out Blue Truck for the deliveries. I will definitely be sharing this with Z Gallerie.Addition: 8/22/2023Morgan called me back. Blue truck has completely lost the table base. Now Blue Truck not only had to order a new glass at their cost. They now have to order the base (which is handmade to order) at their cost. Since it takes two months to make the table base plus having to wait on Blue Truck's negligent, incompetant, and unreliable "delivery service", I'll consider myself lucky to have the table by spring.

Ordered a new couch and the company used blue truck for delivery. The guys called 30 mins prior to arrival, showed up on time, were quick, helpful and so nice. They put the couch together, got the electrical components not only plugged in but also tucked then up nicely so the cords weren't just hanging out and helped us put the slider feet on before getting it all set. They picked up all the trash and left us with truly white glove service. Amazing experience!

Jamal and Nate are amazing delivery persons and delivered my new tempur pedic mattress easily and with no problems, and hauled away the old mattress! Thank you so much Jamal and Nate!

If I could give less than one star I would! Unfortunately we bought a mattress from JCPenney and they use blue truck moving to deliver. We bought the mattress July 1st it was delivered to blue truck moving on the 10th. It is now the 20th we've been told three times they were going to deliver and it never shows up we never get a phone call nothing. The first time I called them to ask what happened they told me that I must have it because those guys would not forget to deliver it and not call me. Then they told me they had no idea where my mattress was but they would call me back tomorrow with information. No phone call I call again and for the third time I'm told the same thing, " I'm sorry it looks like we dropped the ball on this one" I think that's their get out of jail free card!! " if we say sorry everything will be okay" I don't know why JCPenney chose to use this company when they have such a terrible rating! it will cost JCPenney any business I would ever do with them in the future! if you are thinking about using this company, DO NOT DO IT!!!!!!!! if you do use them I can guarantee you you will regret it

Very helpful. Called and informed me of their location and eta on day of service. They also came in the window they quoted with with. Both men were nice and mannerable. They were in and out quickly without any issue. Thanks!

they were suppose to del. my mattress between 5pm-9pm last night,they never showed up,i waited till 10pm,ended up sleeping on the floor,today the co. doesnt answer their phone,horrible service.if you're waiting for them ,good luck,they suck.

This is the worst moving company. This is the 2nd issue I’ve had with this company. They went to deliver my mattress after almost 2 weeks, didn’t call ahead of time like promised, I couldn’t get any call backs. Then finally I just happened to come home with them in my driveway. They loaded up my exchange mattress and dirtied it majorly on the ground and so forth. They went to unload my new mattress and it was ripped all the way down the middle and they still tried to unload it. I did not receive a call the next day or any information from the company reaching out. I spent thousands on a mattress that I can’t even use. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!

Horrible service. No call back after three voicemails. They've had my bed frame for months and all I get are excuses, no bed frame. They did deliver the wrong bed frame months ago, so that was something. Do not use this service. Tempur-Pedic should not be using them for deliveries.

ZERO STARS**** TERRIBLE and UNRELIABLE. I had a delivery scheduled with this company for this past Saturday between 10am and 4pm. at 12:43pm a truck stopped in front of my driveway and the driver got out and walked up to my door. As he was approaching my door he reached into his pocket and pulled out a "sorry we missed you" door knob slip. He proceeded to hang it on my door knob and then take a picture of it and walk off, got back in his truck and sped off. I was just seconds too late to catch him before he left my street. this entire incident is recorded on my ring camera. He had no intentions of knocking or ringing my doorbell or even making the delivery based on his actions. I left a voicemail as soon as this happened -as they are closed on Saturdays. They called me back on Monday morning saying that I missed my delivery so I explained what had actually happened and the women expressed that she was sorry and had not spoken with the driver yet. she told me she would be able to set me up for Wednesday but would have to call back with a time. Monday afternoon came and I had not heard back so I took matters into my own hands and called to request a time. I spoke with a different woman and explained the situation and she got me set up for wednesdsy (today) between 12pm and 4pm. So today I took off work early last minute to be able to be home during this time frame and am waiting arrival. 3pm comes around and I get a call from their main number. it is the first woman I spoke to calling to "reschedule my appointment for Friday" so obviously I ask why it can't be done today as scheduled and she doesn't know what I am talking about. Turns out - according to her- that the other lady I spoke to documented the call we had but did not actually get me scheduled like she said she had. She expressed her apologies yet again and I was very respectful to her as she has been the only helpful one during this process, even though I was entirely pissed off as I took off work today and have to wait yet another 4 days for my delivery to finally make it. she has me scheduled for this Saturday so we shall see if I get my delivery or not. If it was up to me I would not be trying again with this company but my delivery is through a different company that is using blue truck moving as a third party move and I cannot use anyone else. AVOID IF AT ALL POSSIBLE!!!!!
