BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES.Beware, if you fill propane bottles here, they will charge you buy the bottles full capacity! Regardless of whether your bottle is half full.When I talked to the person in charge, she was very unprofessional. Her response was to read the sign posted.That states they charge by the bottle.Yes, I didn't read the sign. But how is it fair to the customer to be charged for something they didn't receive?I will not do business here and will not recommend it.

If I could leave a negative star review I would... Anderson's is a lot better, or any other propane delivery company is better than this one.

Bad service, probably the worst. Getting them out to fix a leak is impossible.. called several times for em to come out and fix the valve on the tank, said the would but never did. Lost all my propane.

I have been going to river valley oil & propane for years , yesterday I went and put fuel in my truck made it 2 miles and my truck starts backfiring like crazy would barely run and had no power . I took the truck to Jim's auto and radiator ( mechanic shop ) and had them drain fuel to examine .it had water in it , I took videos of everything the mechanic did ,and I had my fuel receipt and took them to river valley to talk with owners . I was told it didn't come from them when my truck ran perfect before I got fuel there . I am not the only person this has happened to recently. I WOULD NOT recommend getting fuel here.

Quick and easy tank refills with minimal delay anytime of day. Cost is significantly less than tank exchange locations.

For 7 years I've done business with RVP and don't have anything bad to say. They've been great. I've at times have been slow to pay. They have still treated me polite and totally professional. If you don't choose RVP for gas and propane then you are foolish. Thank you to all that work for RVP.

In February I ran out of propane called this place and they said they would be here the next day. They never showed up, so I called back and she said they had tried to call but nobody answered I ask what number and she gave me the wrong number so I told her my number and she says oh yes that’s the number they called. Bought property that’s had service from RVP prior and for two weeks I’ve had a service order in with no luck,I had to go out of town but was right back so that wasn’t the issue. They claim it was the reason, I called several times as did my wife and they said we were on list. I called again because our level is pretty low and it’s getting freezing temps and this time I could hear the driver in the background say (I’m not going there) so they said we will make it when we can, 10 minutes later they call me back and said to find another company to bring me propane because they just can’t make it! I then asked haven’t you serviced this area prior and they replied with yeah but it was maybe once a year! That makes no sense other than the driver being a douchbag cry baby! Amerigas located in Russellville picked me up immediately!
