What can I say man's motivated, boss man had me diagnosed fixed and ready within 24 hours. He gave me a clear time frame had it done earlier than expected. Fair prices highly knowledgeable has been established in Hot Springs for many years. Would recommend to friends and family or any out-of-towner.Side note: had to return vehicle after the review however they did stand behind their work and had me up and running again in about 5 days. Didn't charge me any extra to get me going again. Thanks yall!

Alan helped us out with a flat tire when we were stranded in a food truck lot. He was bringing dinner home to his wife probably exhausted from the day’s work. He certainly didnt have to stop and help us but he did. The next day he had us patched up and ready for our 7 hour trip home. If we lived in the area, Parks would be our go to shop. They are the best. But Owner Alan is better.

Parks did a fantastic job rebuilding the frontend on my 04 F-150. Had a quote that was significantly higher than Parks so was super thankful to find them. They do A+ work in a timely manner!Highly recommend!!

I Spent 1200 dollars on front end repairs just for nothing to change when I picked it up. I had to drop it back off multiple times to fix what should have got fixed the first time. And now a couple weeks later my car is broke down and with the EXACT problem it had when I first took it in. I asked for a receipt 3 times but never received one so I guess I got got pretty good. I hope that 1200 was worth it because that's pretty crummy.

My family was vacationing at Lake Hamilton for the week. Upon arriving late Sunday night, my husband's truck was experiencing trouble about 70 miles from the Lakehouse we were staying at. I looked online for a reputable automotive shop. I immediately saw Parks' Automotive with a solid 5 star rating. Reading the reviews made us feel comfortable using this business. The owner was extremely nice and had the truck repaired by Thursday. We appreciate so much the timely service we received, especially since it was a major repair. I was blessed by the humble service of a true Christian. The owner restored the electrical system in my car so that my windows and doors were operating. I was going to pay him but he said NO charge! have a bless day he was my angle today.

Alan is the man! If you go to him you won’t have to worry about your decision. Affordable and timely. We’re passing through town and I told him I needed my brake pads and rotors replaced on Wednesday. I had to drop my truck off after hours. I got a call around 11AM Thursday that my truck was ready to be picked up. Professional and quick with pricing estimate. We stayed in town close by and I ended up just walking over to go pick it up and he even said he would’ve came and picked me up. That’s the kind of guy you’ll be getting coming here.

We were in Hot Springs for vacation when our car started missing the day after we arrived. I showed up at 8 am Monday morning hoping he could help me out. Allan figured out I needed a new coil and had me fixed and ready to go by 12:30. I was very pleased.
