Prices are very competitive. The billboard outside says 10% off 1.75 liter liquor on Monday. When I asked for the discount, I was told my bottle was already on sale and no discount. Seemed a bit shady to me

This store has a large selection of wine. They have most liquor brands. Their prices are the best I have found in Hot Springs. My only issue is they have a billboard in front that says 10% off liquor on Monday. When I requested my discounts, the clerk (who I presume is the owner) said that bottle is already on sale so no discount. I got it off the shelf, there was no special notice it was not eligible for the discount. That seemed a bit shady to me.
