Went to look at vehicles and no one greeted me or asked if I needed help. I circled around car lot about 4 or 5 times and even went inside (nothing). I did see a lady at her desk but she ignored me as well so I walked out. I was here for about 15 mins, and couldn't even find a salesman. I had one guy walk right past me and didn't say a thing. Service is terrible and I won't be back

Williamson sold me a Chevy. The car had come straight from an auction and received no attention before being placed on the sale lot. The engine had no oil in it, the tires lasted 2 weeks, and no I fear the brakes are going out on it.
Was told the car had been inspected prior to being placed on the sales floor but there is no way that was true.
Williamson has a tremendous service dept but I will never again buy a car there. The folks mean well I'm sure but how can they sell a car they didn't do the most basic inspection on?

Its not often I leave negative reviews but here we go. I left my vehicle with them to get a warranty motor replacement (didn’t even have tags on it yet but the dealership covered the repair). I get in the car and immediately notice something is off. My phone holder that was on my dash is gone. Everything in my glove box is gone. There were 3 different types of the car freshener trees and they were all gone. My headlight cleaner that i bought shortly before the car broke done was missing as well. I had some change hidden in my console. The whole bag was completely gone. I could tell my feminine care bag in the console had been gone through as well. They dont leave the cars they sell unlocked so mine shouldn’t have been left that way either. Especially since i locked it before turning in the keys. So either someone from service is a thief or they allowed vehicles to be unlocked and unattended pending repair. Either way thats TERRIBLE service. I ended up leaving to calm down before causing a scene. I even went home to double check that i didn’t take them out before turning in the car. As someone in customer service, i seriously debated even leaving this review. I feel that people should know this before leaving anything (no matter how inexpensive) in their car or trusting their car with them. I will be calling in the morning.
Edit: Im going through the car again and a blue charger cord with 3 adaptor heads is missing as well as the car charger piece. Not only that but the mud and big foot prints in the drivers side carpet is crazy. Now my car was NOT the cleanest by far but this is ridiculous.

Ms. Martha, Mr. George, & Mr. Brett were all great to work with!!! They helped me get into my favorite vehicle that I have ever had and i have had a few. They are so nice and are ALWAYS willing to help with anything that you may need. They give wonderful warranties on their vehicles and they stick to their word. Most car dealerships will tell you once you drive the vehicle off their lot its no longer their problem. NOT Mr. George. Thank you all so much for all of your help and being patient with me and putting me in something I LOVE!!!!! <3
