So my meds were sent at 4 430 from urgent care. I called to make sure my meds would be ready the same day. I called again at 7 and they weren't started but I was told they would be done by 730 pm. I got to walgreens right at 730 and the lady came to the window and immediately said they my meds wouldn't be ready till tomorrow. She tried hanging up and walking away. I told her that I spoke with someone they they said my meds would be ready. At this point you can tell she had an attitude. She said one moment I'll get those started. I'm a vet but walgreens doesn't except va insurance. So I had to use goodrx. I asked the lady over and over what the name of the meds were and she refused to tell me. Ahe said we already have something on file for you. Which they didn't. We she open the try for payment she pushed the mechanical tray out so far it smacked my car. She laughed and said how about next time you park futher away. She just kept laughing and laughing. This was very irratating. My car is a brand new 2023. When she opened the tray again to give me my meds she was still laughing saying don't worry theres no damage, but this time the tray didn't even come close to my car. So clearly she didn't have to hit my car the first time. I called and spoke with the pharmacist on duty about it. She sounds like a very gentle person... so I highly doubt anything will come of this... that girl should be fired. What kind of customer service was that. From not wanting to get my meds ready to not letting get a cheaper price, to hitting my car with that try and just laughing... she didn't even try to apologize.

I originally made an apt at the highland walgreens to get a covid test. they said they were out and to call red wolf instead. I call about 25 mins after they open. Lady who answered was immediately very rude and hostile. Informed me that she could not long into her computer to tell me if they could do a covid test. I just hung up after that. I get having a bad day but don't take it out on someone who is already sick and in need of help. Walmart already has cheaper prescriptions and better service. Walgreens will never have my business again after almost 10 years of going to them. Absurd.

This is hands down the best Walgreens I been to thank you all so very much for being kind at all time walking in the door and helping to find things and the pharmacy is super awesome thank you guys

The pharmacist just called and asked how I was doing on the new medication. I have never had anyone do that before, so I thought I'd leave the 5 stars. I really appreciate them for checking up on me.

A nice, small store with everything you need conveniently. The keyword there is conveniently because most likely you are going to pay more here than at other retailers. I mostly shop online using their digital coupons and you can score some good deals that way. The only other time I regularly shop here is for convenience or during holidays.

Received my Covid booster in December and was greeted by the pharmacy tech who provided me with excellent customer service. She also helped ease my anxiety about the vaccination by offering some humor. All in all, it was a good experience despite the reason for visit.

Everytime I visit this Walgreens pharmacy they are so friendly and helpful. I always get my prescriptions filled in a timely manner and get great customer service. Keep up the good work!!

If you could give a 0 I would. The pharmacy is terrible. Staff cared more about standing around and talking and laughing with each other than caring for patients. Refused to answer the phone after hours of trying to get through. Wouldn't transfer medicine. Terrible terrible service. Find another pharmacy cause this one isn't worth it.

I came to this Walgreens to get tested for covid. The two emails I received about my appointment and signs posted in the drive thru say to keep your window rolled up. I pull up to the glass and before I can ask if it’s okay to roll it down the girl on the other side rudely snapped at me and said “you’re gonna have to roll your window down” while looking extremely annoyed. I was only trying to follow their instructions to protect THEM. It was unnecessarily hateful the tone she used with me.

Drive through should be for dropping off a prescription and moving on, not waiting on your prescription to be filled. This is ridiculous! Drive through should also be for picking up prescriptions that are already filled, not waiting on a prescription to be filled, this is so ridiculous!!

I work extensively with my mental healthcare team, we are in constant communication. The only ones who make it EXTREMELY hard are the Walgreens pharmacy on redwolf. I’ve never been made to feel so stupid or useless when I am ONLY contacting them about the medications my team try to help me with. We are moving pharmacies and I would recommend EVERYONE using this location do the exact same thing. Every little thing is a chore for them and it is not like that across the street or down the road at your local pharmacies. Appalled, ashamed, and mad I ever used them to begin with. Rude, cold, and they definitely do NOT care for the best of the patient or try to help them

We waiting in the drive thru for over 30 mins because they cant figure out whats going on apparently. I would NOT recommend coming here for anything! They are rude and do not care about your time!

Horrible customer service. It took 3 times and 2 days to get all my prescriptions that should have took 1. Threatened calling the police on me because after all that I refused to pull up out of the line when NOONE was even behind me. Cailyn and Wendy both should be fired! I filed a complaint and if they aren't. I will take my business elsewhere. That is so disrespectful and unprofessional. They ARE negligent. Kids today does not know a thing about customer service. My complaint # is #12517361 been a customer for YEARS spend alot of money there. That will change quickly.
