Had To Sign Up Again For Certain Services, As I Had Not Shopped There For Quite Sometime. That Was OK, Until I Found Out My AARP Card Was No Longer Accepted, And After I Bought Nearly $40.00 Worth Of Merchandise. The Clerk Could Not Tell Me Why Either??

They mislabeled my husband’s steroids as a cough suppressant. He was following the cough medicine instructions and was taking 3 steroids when he should have only been taking two. He didn’t figure out the mixup until he went to an urgent care. Completely ridiculous. What if it had been something he was allergic to or you made him overdose on something? Don’t have clowns handling MEDICINE.

This pharmacy is open 24 hours, 365 days a year and it's the only Walgreens in town with those hours. It offers a lot of things is you need a quick, convenient stop. The keyword there is conveniently because most likely you are going to pay more here than at other retailers. I mostly shop online using their digital coupons and you can score some good deals that way. The only other time I regularly shop here is for convenience or during holidays.

I’ve had nothing but issues with Walgreens. They told me my medication would be ready on a Thursday when I ordered it that Tuesday. On Thursday, I called to check and they told me that they were ordering it on Friday and they would let me know when it got here. After I told them that they said they ordered it Tuesday, they put me on hold for a few minutes to check. They then told me that my medicine was not even available to order and that I needed to contact other Walgreens around town if I wanted any. No professionalism or organization. Would not recommend.

I saw they had my prescription cheaper than Walmart on goodrx, had the prescription sent there but not before calling to confirm they took goodrx to which they told me yes they did. Had the doctor send it in and since I don't have a vehicle I had to walk a good ways down there to go pick up my insulin. When I got there I was told they don't accept goodrx(the exact opposite of what I was told on the phone remind you). The lady I talked to seemed more interested in selling me one pen or trying to convince me that I should get on insurance which I can't afford than just letting me leave cause I wasn't about to spend 400 bucks on a prescription that I could get cheaper at Walmart. I am sorry but if you don't accept goodrx maybe say that when someone calls and asks instead of letting them waste their time arranging to have their doctor send it to a pharmacy you have never been to and taking the time to walk to. I am now without insulin until Monday because my doctor office is closed and Walgreens is anything but helpful. This has been my first and my LAST experience with Walgreens. Being open 24 hours is the ONLY perk to going here.

The pharmacy NEVER has medications ready when they’re supposed to and they refuse to answer the phone. I’ve called three different times trying to get information on a prescription I need and they’ve hung up the phone each time.

Really disappointing. Had to go here in an emergent case. The assistants tried to gaslight me into not getting a prescription that was called in by telling me that the doctor didn't call it in. I called my doctor and boy, before he answered, they'd found my prescription and were hoping I'd leave. They are understaffed and not compassionate at all.

Their automated voice messaging system is worthless. They do nothing but make you angry and they help nothing. This Walgreens sucks and one should ever attend this location. The staff is rude, and extremely unhelpful.

Went in to grab some bags and other household things. I usually go to the one in Paragould or the neighborhood market by my house but I was passing by so I stopped. Get in and my baby decides he has to use the bathroom so I'm like ok we running around and the place I know the bathroom is said employees only, OK maybe they took they remodeled I haven't been in here in a few years honestly. So we walk around until I finally find an employee to ask where they are. She's like we don't have public bathrooms. I said you want the public to spend money here but don't have a bathroom for them to use? This is Walgreens a billionaire dollar industry and you can't use the bathroom at one?

The pharmacists here are unhelpful and lack compassion. When my antibiotic prescription rang up for double what it did last time I paid for it (almost $100) and I was clearly flustered and concerned about it they offered nothing other than a shrug. I asked if maybe last time a coupon had been used. They said no. I had no choice because I had to have the antibiotics but it was money I did not have to lose. When I calmed down enough to think clearly I googled goodrx myself to see if they were wrong about and there was in fact a coupon that could have been applied and would have brought the price down to what it was the first time I’d paid for it. They could have helped with one quick search in a system they as pharmacists are familiar with. They were not busy, I was not rude... they just didn’t care. In a health system that regularly exploits and bankrupts people, those in the system should be compassionate people who try to help where they can. This was unacceptable.
