Let's be honest, they were getting a 5-star rating just because I got to pet their dog in the waiting area, but the service was high quality, everyone was very friendly, it was very affordable, and they were very fast! Highly recommended!

I just got my windshield replaced by Union Glass. I was recommended by a friend and am glad I went with them. They are very friendly and super helpful. The windshield is perfect and they were very efficient in getting it done. I will be using them in the future!

I have nothing but praise for Union Glass. Got up this morning and the back glass in my 2013 Silverado was shattered. Call Ed Union and they told me although they were booked thru August to bring it in and they'd do their best to work it in. At 4pm I received a call and it was fixed. Looks good and so quick to replace it. Great, friendly people.

I went to get my windshield chip fixed. The guy was late opening the store. He looked like he had a hard night and wasn't happy to be working. I was right behind him and he locked the door behind himself. I know he had to hear me try to open the door but he ignored me. Others were waiting to get in. At some point, he unlocked the door but did it so we wouldn't know he had opened the store. Someone new came up to the door and it opened. We all went in and there was no one to be found. We all sat in the waiting area and no one came to wait on us. I finally left and called Discount Glass and they were at my house in a couple of hours and had the job done. The man who came to my house was delightful. The cost was the same as taking my car into Union Glass! I would never take my vehicle to Union Glass. Your service is just as good as the people who work for you and that goes for any business!
