Honest, transparent, and informative. These guys have a lot of knowledge and will do everything they can to fix your problems, while being perfectly willing to give you as much (or as little) information as you need on the service being performed. You'd be hard-pressed to find a better shop.

Did a great job at replacing the pump in my transmission! Said it would take a couple of weeks to repair but had it done in about a week over the holidays. They also rebuilt a friends transmission and beefed it up as well. Very impressed!

They diagnosed my car a week an a half ago for free, they provided me a print out of the diagnosis. Both catalytic converters were out, and it was putting out strong exhaust that was beginning to affect my sons, our pup, and myself.I paid them for the parts to be ordered the same day; the parts did not arrive until about the 21st. Scotty and I kept in contact regarding the parts as we awaited them, the date originally he was given was the 19th -20th. When I called the 21st the parts had arrived, and I was told to bring the car in the next day, Saturday, which they are closed on the weekends.I dropped the car off Saturday afternoon around 3, let Scotty know, and early Sunday morning he texted to let me know it was ready.I really appreciate all the help, honesty, communication, and work they put in to make sure my sons and I were back in a safe car. Sky Transmissions did a great job installing my son’s engine in his car! They took the time to do it right and made sure it was running properly! I had some work done at other repair shops in Jonesboro and I wish I would have went to Sky first!
