If I could give 0 stars I would. I will no longer use them. I set an appointment to have my window replaced only to be called back because they did not have the right window. I was told that they would call with a new appointment by the next afternoon. That never happened. When you call them you do not get through locally. You can leave all the messages you want but you probably aren’t getting called back. Save your time and choose someone else.

This was an absolute joke and a waste of my time. I had an appointment scheduled five times and each of them failed.
1 no one showed up at my house
2 no one showed up at my house
3 dropped it off at the store, didn't have the right materials, I was told someone would call me and they never did.
4 someone scheduled me an appointment and the time didn't work out. They didn't call me to ask me or anything.
5 no one showed up at my house
If you call Safelite, they can't get a hold of the local shop and the local shop will not call you. What an absolute waste of 2 months of my time. Waiting on a windshield to get installed.
I hope the other locations are better, but this Jonesboro location is no good.
The time I took the vehicle up there. The poor guy was working by himself, his manager wasn't there and everyone else called in on him. It was just him. He couldn't do anything to help me.

New windshield replaced. Installation wasn’t finished correctly. Had to have another technician come and correct while out of town.

I was worried after reading the poor reviews but I personally had a great experience. The guy at the front desk was personable and kind and the service was super fast and met my expectations.

They reschedule me twice and everytime time there is something wrong with the windshield they brought I drop of my car and after a few hours they call saying the part is wrong they'll reorder anew one I wait a week and I go back 5 hours after I drop my car they say the new windshield is broken I got to get my car it smelled like fish like bro... even though i agreed to pay more than my online quote....my was $530 they said it would cost me $987 honestly waste of time never going there again

Had my windshield replaced on June 4th the repairman done a great job. Told me my windsheild was covered under a lifetime warranty. Yesterday 6/25 , my windshield was hit by a rock . I got ahold of safelite through online chat bc customer service number kept hanging up on me for them to tell me this was not covered under warranty. I mean come on people I just payed 487 dollars to have the windshield replaced, now you want to charge me $285 + tax for a repair the size of not even a dime. Highway robbery. The warranty FYI only guarantees the integrity of the glass the company uses for defects.So aggravated found a place in the town I work to fix the chip $45. Make this make sense and they come to my work to fix. I would give safelite 0 stars. Come on Safelite do better on them prices and get your phones fixed.

I scheduled my appt online. My appt was at 1pm. I showed up at 12:30 and they were out to lunch. Tech came back around 12:45 and he took my vehicle in and got started. Completely professional and he replaced my windshield in about an hour! I would recommend this place contrary to the other reviews. I haven't had any problems with my windshield since.

If you ever need a windshield replaced I do NOT recommend Safelite. They didn't seal my windshield properly and gas fumes were getting into the cab of the car. Thankfully after many hours and days Honda of Jonesboro figured it out and told me to get ahold of the windshield company for a reimbursement on the diagnostics fee that i was charged. Not Safelite not reimburse me for the cost of the diagnostics but they could void the warranty of the windshield just because I took the car to Honda to figure out the gas fumes problem but they was being "nice" and not voiding it. Customer service said the Warranty was fine unless Honda was to touch the windshield(which they didn't). Safelite is a joke.

This is the worst experience I've ever had. The tech wasn't able to log into the system. The manager was rude and grungy looking. Was more focused on watching tv and making googly eyes at whoever the woman was in there with him. The didn't put my antenna back on the truck and im now missing a piece of trim on the top of my truck. And when i try to call the shop to get it back I get an automated system. You can't talk to an actual human. And when I did finally talk to a human they kept trying to schedule me a warranty appointment to retrieve my trim that they took off. I will never use this company again. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
