My granddaughters and I took their car to Quick Lane Tire and Auto Center to have their car serviced. We were immediately greeted and so please with the work they did. Would definitely recommend.

Went there for brake issues, they gave me a very expensive list of other items they said needed repaired, brakes not on list! Had to ask more than once for them to take car off their lift. Went to another mechanic who said everything they listed didn’t need to be repaired or replaced!! Never going back to this rip off place!!

My husband has been here a few times with no issue, when I go in by myself for an oil change they stripped and damaged my oil plug to the point they aren’t able to get it out and tell me that it’ll be a $60 up charge because of the damage THEY did. I left and went to Purcell and it turns out that Quick Lane has made it to where I have to get an entire new oil pan which is $400. Do not go here.
After they did the damage, a group of employees huddled up and talked for a while, then went to an office and spoke in there for a while, then came out and told me. They also tried to put blame on a different business.

If I had the option to not leave 1 star I would. Called this place today at exactly 4:01 asking if they plugged or patched tires. The guy told me yes, but they were getting ready to close. I said well it's a little after 4 and the information on the internet says y'all close at 5. He then told me "yes but we stop taking customer at 4:30. So now I'm confused, do you close at 4:30 or 5 because that definitely sounds like false advertising. So hey, I went up there to get my tire plugged, and that turned into a situation to where I was asked to leave "simply because I questioned" the closing hours. Asked the So called manager if they had a corporate office, and of course he tells me no. ??? So did he actually think I wouldn't do my do diligence???? I'll definitely be on the phone 1st thing Monday morning getting a understanding of what took place at that particular location!
