Bought a phone from them only for it to not work correctly and upon calling them to see about returning or exchanging it the guy was super rude and told me he didn’t care and that it wasn’t his problem.. I highly discourage shopping at this store

I have been getting my phones and phone plans from New Wave since they opened nearly 20 years ago. This week I upgraded from an I phone 7 to an I phone 12 pro max. Joanna at the Jonesboro store was so patient and helpful. I'm pretty much technology challenged and Joanna transferred my information from the old phone to the new one and explained how to operate the new phone. I have recommended New Wave since the start and will continue to do so.Thank you so much Joanna.

Their automated payment system over the phone never works, and now their website also does not work, forcing a phone call or in person payment. The staff get noticeably annoyed when they have to take a payment over the phone, but if they would just fix that, it would be more convenient for everyone. Other than that, no complaints about the service itself. It’s reasonably priced, and has good coverage.

The employees here really went above and beyond to try to get me what I wanted/needed! I was given so many options. These guys are definitely working hard to make their customers happy! I will be doing business here again.

Paid my phone bill and woke up my phone was off. They won’t refund me my money or do anything about my services. But I have my receipt showing where I paid. Can’t go back to the store because I’m banned because I asked for my money back So now they have my payment but I still don’t have service. Do not got to newwwave on 2111 E. Highland. Went to Neha wireless and found out that Newwave wireless never added my air time. Basically took my money but didn’t put it on my bill. Racist rude “ manager”.
