I’ve been using Jackson and Hewitt for years, never an issue. I made a 12 appointment. I get there and she said there was a mix up and a lady was here that claimed she had an 1130 appointment she helped her first. At this point it was 1215. I said what time should I come back. She said 1was fineI came back at 115 . She said sit in the lobby she was almost done with the 1130, I sat there and listen to them do some taxes stuff but also socialize about there personal life’s. I waited in the lobby till just about 200 . Some random lady walks in and starts asking questions and blurting out how great this place is and rants for a hot minute. I’m still waiting, finally I leave. Long story short I waited two hours to do my taxes and didn’t even get to do them. I also didn’t feel safe doing them here because the tax lady and person doing there taxes were so loud I easily could have stole that ladies personal info. So I would highly recommend any other Jackson Hewitt.

I've never used a tax service before and thought it was going to be complex or difficult or time consuming but it was the opposite. It was the easiest experience I've ever had doing my taxes. Recommend that anyone to come here.
