“I didn't buy anything during our visit, my mother was looking for a bed and mattress that would sit lower and be more comfortable than what she has been using. The service was friendly, the variety of products was very good and the peices were constructed well and didn't make sounds or feel weak under weight. They also have a distributor that has a warehouse in Memphis, so custom orders in stock can be received very quickly. My mother ultimately couldn't make a decision, but my wife has decided to start saving for a nice living room couch and chair set she has her eye on, and we have to help my mother with her bedroom situation before we buy new furniture for the living room. The gallery pictures on the website do not do justice to what is in the store.”

“We didn't know the store hours for Saturdays and arrived just minutes before the store was about to close. The owner met with us anyway! Keith spent 15 or 20 minutes visiting with us and giving us advice on what to look for when shopping for recliners. We will remember this kindness and purchase from Harris Furniture. We didn't stay longer than necessary and decided on which recliner to buy. I plan to return Monday and place our order.Revisit:I did return the following Monday and placed my order for a Bassett recliner. It should arrive some time around Thanksgiving. I can hardly wait!”

He gave good customer service by advocating with third party insurance company to get me a different option that would accommodate my needs. Brad also showed genuine concern with the purchasing of getting a new bed. I am a huge guy and with that being said I have to have durable furniture. “This store is just like a TJ Maxx but with no clothes and more home decor and other type goods. You can find a lot of those things here in addition to some food items and pet supplies. Many of the same items or similar items seem to be carried at TJ Maxx as well so if you do not find it here, you can always go next door and check out that store for whatever it is you are looking for that day. Overall, not a bad home goods shop.”
