They tried to convince me that I needed a completely new headlamp assembly for $1200 because "it wasn't getting any power to it" despite the brights and side light working. Turned out to be a burned out bulb. They tried to charge me $700 to replace two batteries. And when Jeep issued the recall about burning oil so quickly, they sent me out of their property without a drop of oil in the tank. What a bunch of scoundrels. They are unprofessional, and have no sense of morals or ethics. Avoid this place like the plague. And before they respond trying to get me to contact them about a resolution, or thanking me for my feedback, they should understand that there's no excuse to run a predatory outfit like that in the first place.

If there was a way I could put 0 stars I would!!! Frank Fletcher Dodge is a JOKE! About two months ago me and my husband went here to just look at buying. We test drove and everything and we really liked the one truck we test drove. So of course we got all the numbers and was wanting to buy it, they ran the credit score on my husband while we were in the dealership. Long story short we didn’t end up buying the truck because it was way to high for our budget at the time and they priced us very low on trading in his current vehicle. Come to find out here it is two months later WE ARE STILL RECEIVING CREDIT PULLS FROM THIS DEALERSHIP IN THE MAIL‼️ not only did they run his credit 1 or 2 times they pulled it 10 to 12 times. Ruined his credit score!!! Absolutely outrages! They will never be seeing our faces again in their dealership and I will absolutely NOT recommend this place for anyone!?

The most disgusting service imaginable. I took my vehicle in to get 2 creaky actuators in the dash replaced and they try and up-sell me an unnecessary $3500 HVAC replacement. When I refused the up-sell they replaced the actuators but now I have a blinking light on the Rear Defrost button upon startup (which has never happened before). When I took my car back the next day they said that was because I refused the up-sell. This behavior is EVIL and DEMONIC.
I would warn everybody to stay away from this dealership and there service department. They have ruined the reputation of there dealership and the brand of vehicle they sell with me. I used to like Dodge but this will be the last one I ever own.
I thought the dealership would be more professional.
I feel completely betrayed.

Eric J was the best! I came in with a needs that had to be met in order to get a new vehicle and he met every single one of them! If I could leave more than 5 stars I totally would! Even after the deal was done he was so helpful when I had to ask more questions.
