I brought my Cadillac in on August 8 th for repairs. A guy NAME Josh was Assigned to my car. I never got a call about my vehicle. I gave them two weeks. I didn't call or hassle them. I waited patiently. I decided to call and check . Come to find out Josh is out sick . My car hasn't been checked out to see what's wrong with it. I understand he not feeling well. My Question is this ? Why wasn't I Notified so I can have the choice to wait, or just assign another Tech to fix my vehicle. Also I waited as long as I could. August the 28th I called to check and see has anyone started on my vehicle. Remind you nobody has attempted to contact me concerning my vehicle. I had to call D&D towing and have my Cadillac sent to another shop.Thats the second time they have done me bad. I gave this company another chance to make it right. I WILL NEVER BRING ANY VEHICLE I OWN TO THIS REPAIR SHOP. THEY MAY LOOK GOOD ON THE OUTSIDE BUT TRULY THEY HAVE TERRIBLE BUSINESS ON THE INSIDE! JONESBORO RESIDENTS REALLY NEED TO TAKE THE TIME AND READ REVIEWS BEFORE BRINGING YOUR CAR TO CENTRAL CHEVROLET!!!!!!!!!

They were busy. I was acknowledged upon entry. The wait was minimal. They were professional. I was pleased as always with the service. But i do think they put someone else's sticker in my window for next oil change. It states next oil change at 56,216 miles. My car has over 115,000 on it. Good thing my car signals me we i need an oil change.
