Purchased my 2012 Buick Enclave cash from a sweet elderly couple for $9000.00 cash with 86,654 miles on it. One owner June 2023. Purchased Car Shield as well. October 2023 i took my truckt to Central Buick GMC to have my A/C compressor worked on. Sad to say tge service department sucks!!! I had to take my ttuck back a total of 3 times and Car Shield paid for a job that was never done properly becsuse as of last Thursday I took it back under warrenty for the sane problem to be charged s $145 for a diagnosis fee for something they never properly fixed to turn around and give me a jacked up estimate of $587.00 for a motor blower priced at autozone for $109.00 for the part and $127.89 for labor at mechanic shop on Washington!!!
They are lazy, unprofessional shade tree mechanics and the General manager is a dog face liar!
Don't take your car to them because they are trained to brake something that wasn't having problems just to keep business rolling in!
God sees EVERYTHING!!!

Great customer service! We kind of went up there on a whim just to see if we could get my wife something and Matt Fraser Helped us out a lot! Got her into a brand new GMC Terrain AT4! Everyone was very friendly all the way up to the Finance manager. Will be going back!

Our entire experience with the service department, from start to finish, was outstanding! We broke down hours from home, we had no appointment, and the girls at the desk eased our minds immediately. They worked us in and our vehicle was fixed and thoroughly checked out within a couple hours. We were in the area due to a family member having cancer surgery, so we were already stressed, but our car was done before my mother in law was even out of surgery. I truly appreciate the compassion, the professionalism, and outstanding service!

I wished they had a separate spot to review service department from sales. Jaimie in the service is top notch she responds quickly and keeps you updated but once you purchase a vehicle do not expect communication with the sales department especially if you have issues.
