What wonderful service we received here. We were traveling from Illinois to Texas when our vehicle broke down. We were able to have a loaner car from them to continue on while they repaired our vehicle. Picked up our vehicle on our way home and could not have asked for a more polite and helpful company to have gone to. 5 stars are not enough for the service and help we received from them. We are so grateful for them.

I am a service manager and a 25 year master technician. The following may not reflect the location as a whole but I feel it's important to share this. Anyone that loves their vehicle needs to strongly question the service department's abilities. I have a 2023 Tucson hybrid. It had an engine oil pan leak. A simple repair that I considered doing myself but wanted to utilize the warranty. My wife and I drove to the dealership and picked it up post repair. The wife complained of smelling burning oil on the way home. This morning, I conduct a full inspection. I was appalled at my findings. I had oil residue on my upper facia. I removed the cover over the oil fill area and identified oil pooled in the louvers and covering the entire area. There was oil all down the front and right side of the engine. I removed the lower shields. I found oil everywhere underneath. It went all the way to the transmission. It was on the inside of the RF tire and all down the chassis. Engine oil was over filled. I will let the pictures speak. Absolutely no care was given. I take exceptional care of my vehicles. This is my 6th Hyundai vehicle and I opted for the Limited package. I don't feel that I will continue my Hyundai experience with this dealership going forward. I'm very disappointed.

Called dealership and spoke to salesman, Michael Collier. I told him about needing to replace my worn out car and how tight my financial situation was. He got me in a new 2024 Venue at a budget friendly payment and gave me a good trade in for my old car. I am very please with this sale and will be referring people to this dealership and salesman.

Markese was a great salesperson. I didn’t have a lot of time when I first went and he was very considerate of that. He still took his time and answered my questions. I was able to come back later when I had more time and he made the process of buying very simple. All of the team was helpful and even stayed late to finish up paperwork. I would recommend buying from Markese again.

Michael at Cavenaugh made the process easy and fun. Finance manager was great as well, nothing felt uncomfortable. Every aspect of the transaction was transparent and not sleezy at all - which is refreshing. Probably my best car buying experience ever. I am really surprised at the features and quality of the Elantra for the price and I’m so excited to have a new car.

Everyone went above and beyond to help my mother purchase her new vehicle. Took the time to show her all the updated technology and make sure she felt comfortable before she left. She loves her new vehicle.

Very disappointed. They had my car for 10 days when i called them to see what was up. April said they was calling me at a bad #. Which i had gave them the correct #. SO, I gave them the okay to fix my car. I go get it yesterday only to bring it home and get liquid all over my garage floor again. I take it up there to what i thought would be a loose hose they needed to tighten. BUT NO, it was the 2nd hose that should have been replaced. I had to leave the car up there and it will cost me another 300$ plus. Also, I feel the front in alignment is now out of place and they told me they cannot fix that. There is no machine to fix that. I do remember them rotating tires for us and i thought correct the alignment in the past. This is a very disappointed car fix. I have 2 cars i bought up there. And they are the only ones that have ever worked on them. I am very dissatisfied customer this trip. I also am feeling like I did get charged the coolant fee and probably will again. Which if they would have fixed the problem the 1st time. There would not be a 2nd round of coolant. This service is rated 1/2 star.

My husband contacted Casey Brown regarding a specific car. Casey was very helpful and worked to meet our families needs every way he could. We felt like Casey understood our need and helped get us into the car that best suited our family. Thanks to Casey our daughter now has her first car!!

They were great to work with. I knew what I wanted and they were quick to find it. They took the time to listen and get me a vehicle at my price point. I actually loved being"hooked!" Ashley in financing was honest and not shady like some can be. My mid size SUV got 41 miles to the gallon on my 500 mile trip home, making the experience even better!!

I dealt with Ben and he showed me a car details, price that we had discussed and I flew in fromColorado . I showed up and the wrong car was out ready from delivery...the price changed to the tune of $2,600.I was very disappointed ! They kept changing what the "rebate " was and what was required to get the rebate.I like the car and honestly had no choice but to buy it as I flew in to purchase it and drive it back to Colorado.I have a home in Jonesboro so I also can in to see my daughter and grand but "thought" this was a great deal.Sorry for the long review but make sure your salesman knows his stuff.

Overall a great experience. They DON’T charge over $7000 the sticker price like other dealers do. Michael Collier was simply the best. Trust us. Go to Michael. He was honest, wasn’t pushy, very knowledgeable, and although he was very busy (because he does pretty much everything on that lot) he made time for us and gave us all the time we needed to look at and test drive cars. He was there for any questions we had and made the buying experience wonderful. Come prepared, know what you want and can afford and they will do the rest for you. Love my Palisade. Will definitely buy here again.
