Do not recommend at all. We went and found a sectional and they measured the sectional and we were told it was 9ft by 9ft. We made sure this was the right size we were getting because it needed it to fit in our house. When we picked up the couch it was not wrapped good like we were told it would be (we had to rewrap the whole couch ourselves). When putting the couch in our house it was too big, the couch ended up being over 10x10ft. we tried to call the people that sold us the couch (Spencer Bullock, Ashley, and Wade Talley) and we left voice mails for at least 2 weeks and each person we got ahold of told us they were not at the Jonesboro location and did not know when they would be back. We never heard back from them and now have a couch that does fit in our house.

My wife and I were looking for a new mattress and I found Bullock Furniture on a Google Maps search so we checked it out. Even though the Jonesboro store is undergoing some renovations it was still very clean and organized and well stocked. Mr. Spencer and Mr. Don were so helpful and accommodating when helping us. And they REALLY know their stuff. They even stayed like 2 hours past closing to ensure that we got what we needed and they made us such a great deal we just couldn't pass it up. I look forward to shopping at Bullock Furniture in the future for our furniture needs.

Don tried his best to find us the couch we wanted but it was going to have to be ordered. I really didn't want to wait. But did purchase coffee table and 3 end tables at an awesome price. Would definitely shop there again!

I normally don’t give businesses one star ratings but here’s why. My mom went in on April 24th and ordered a living room set from their catalogue. She was told everything would be in on May 15th. That day comes and goes so she called to inquire about it and was told it would be in later on in May. On May 23rd, in an attempt to ascertain when everything would really be in, they still had no definite answers. So to make up for the inconvenience they allowed my mom to pick out another set that costs more and gave her a delivery date of June 8th. Well I’m writing this post on June 13th and we have yet to receive the furniture that we paid for. The workers kept giving us different stories and are now saying everything should arrive by the end of June or top of July. I share this not to dissuade others from shopping here but merely to give a heads up before conducting business with them.

Bullock Furniture Store is a hidden gem in Jonesboro AR. It is ducked off in a hidden corner not too far from Bills Fresh Factory. Its close by the railroad track. I drove my car out of curiosity there
