Beautiful car! Very reliable! Very well kept. I’m totally in love with it! 2023 Nissan Rogue SV, with only around 26,000 miles.

Absolutely amazing company and employees!! I had the pleasure of doing business with Cameron, Chris and Mason! They were so kind and stayed patient with us through our crazy work schedules and so much more. They listened to my wants and needs and made sure I found a vehicle I absolutely loved, I even found out some interesting facts on my new seats! Their customer service and marksmanship was above and beyond compared to other car companies I’ve been to! So If you’re thinking of getting a new car I’d definitely reckoned coming here!!

I decided spur of the moment I wanted to get a different car, went to Bayird yesterday evening test drove the first car I had ? for and couldn’t decide rather I wanted it or not…
Jacob kept in contact with me all day today and helped me through every step & answered every question I had, went above and beyond!! He did all my paperwork ahead of time for me so all I had to do was sign off. Super nice people will always get a sale from me. The entire Bayird staff was friendly, informative, helpful, and trustful!! Jacob filled up my gas tank before I left, detailed it, AND changed my license plate for me. 100/10 recommend best car dealership experience I’ve ever had!
(Also, Jacob is the BEST salesman, ask for him when you go;)

Terrible customer service. Service forged my name at least 4x on service invoices so they could close them before the end of the month. Plus misdiagnosed the repairs which voided the warranty. They misspelled my name on the forgeries which are felonies. Hopefully the JPD will do what they are supposed to do. It took them 16 weeks to get the Jeep out of the shop and still not fixed properly.
