“Friendly service , not A lot of people use this bank in the Jonesboro location so there's never any long lines to wait in. That's my favarorite part about them. My least favorite part is that because not a lot of people use them they only stay open till 3pm during the week and are closed on weekends. I have an extra bank account with someone else because of this issue.”
“This Iberia bank branch location has a pet project nostalgic feeling. Nested in an attractive historic downtown building I am painfully aware that banks are spending much more on their branch locations than I will ever see in my meager return on investments. With an interesting across the road "drive thru" system, friendly service and inviting customer service space, I do like this branch. I would prefer if they went 100% virtual banking and give us at least a 1% ROI for banking with them!”
