We were greeted upon arrival to the store and asked if they could help us. My husband told them what we needed and they took us directly to what he wanted. Brian and Barbara Jean helped us SO much! We were able to appt for credit and got everything we needed!! Very pleased and impressed with the knowledge and help given! We WILL be going back!♥️

Delivered my bed frame with missing rails, which are still missing and pushed the delivery of my dresser to another whole week, which hopefully when it does come, it has all the pieces unlike my bed frame, first time customer, very bad experience

The store was nice and well maintained. The staff was friendly and courteous. They even let our kids do their thing while we shopped around (they weren’t super wild). Brian was a great salesperson, giving us our distance while staying close enough for us to ask questions if needed.

We originally had a good experience in store, with our salesman.
Since then, we have had an incorrect bed frame delivered. After we informed Ashley’s, they delivered another one but is missing an electronic lift part. Then the vibration option stopped working. We have called Ashley’s numerous times. Last week they said someone would call back within 72 hours… We never got that call.
I am dissatisfied with their service & will be returning the bed frame & repurchasing through another merchant.
Good luck trying to get ahold of anyone if you encounter any issues!

We had a fantastic experience with the help of Chad! We caught them at a great time with an awesome sale and deal going on. I was losing hope on finding the perfect bedroom set, but we found it and at an amazing price!! Bonus: I also finally found a dining table that I had been looking for for the last 4 years & it was also included in my sale bundle!!! So so happy.
I will absolutely come here again for any furniture needs. ??

During my visit Ms. Ashley Richards was so wonderful and pleasant, she handled everything like a champ. I so pleased with her. I told her she did for me that I couldn't do for myself. Brian McBroom of Ashley Furniture, Jonesboro AR, was a great help to me as I was just home from the hospital recovering from surgery. We exchanged countless text messages, with Brian patiently and thoroughly answering each of my questions and concerns, including measurements to fit through French doors.
