DO GET A VEHICLE FROM HERE!! It’s a waste of your money, Mrs. Wonda is no longer working here, that’s the person that will help you no mater what to get in a vehicle. They Interest rate is to high, they wanted 15,000 for a 2007, ive paid 8’000 already with a balance left of 7,000. I had my vehicle going on 4 yrs, if you love money as mush as I do then shop somewhere else!!!

please read and be aware of this situation. abernathy motor company is nothing more but a scam. i could go into detail about the organization and the disrespect the company does but that will be too much to type . i will give key notes. i purchased a 2013 jeep from abernathy west memphis in march 2019. after driving off the lot i had a bill of $2500 for new tires and new routers, and a alternator and tune up. by me living in little rock i had no other choice but to take the bullet with the $2300 for repairs. talking with amber and rene i was told that they will not give me any reimbursements for this. fast foward to dec 2019. the jeep condenser went completely out. that was another $1200 for repair. so as of right now i am $6000 in repairs and down payment in the past 7 months. on dec 21 2019 my transmission went completely out. i contacted abernathy regarding this issue. they stated that they will not be able to help me because the jeep was in texas. i was told to purchase a brand new transmission since i was only 7 months into my loan. a new transmission for my jeep was $6700 including taxes. i figured that was too much to spend for a new transmission and ask them to please help me because i only had the jeep for 7 months. they said that it was nothing they can do. im so broken from what this company has done to me and my credit. they knew they were respected by me hints why i went to do business with the company. this company is noting but a scam and will do anything they can to trap you. please consumers be mindful of this post. i am a part time worker for google and my reviews are views daily from 300 views to 1500 a day on consumers ive had a great experiences with. ive never done a bad review, because im very picky and do my history. but with this company the bbb should be informed about this situation. please read my insert and have another option to buy a car. i repeat please find another place. thank you google for allowing people like me to expose companies like this . my generation should be aware of the review before conduction business.

Absolutely the worst car dealership I have ever come in contact with. My parents bought a truck from them over a month ago. They have had to take it back there 2 times with mechanical issues. The dealership has had the truck for over two weeks and now they won’t give it back. My parents have called them but Wanda keeps giving them the run around. My parents have already made the first payment on the truck. The “owner” which is a coward wants them to come back and get the truck they traded and do away with the contract! He refuses to tell them where the truck is. We will be contacting the attorney general of Arkansas and the BBB. to everyone else who has had problems with them contact the Arkansas attorney general. If they get too many complaints the AG can fine them or revoke their dealer license.

I want to say that Wanda is very rude and like the other comments, she's just ready to make the sale. Don’t want to tell you that the vehicle your about to buy won’t even make it until you first car payment then , when you go in to let them know they are quick to tell you they need more money to just look at your vehicle when you haven’t had it but 3 days. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I’m out of 1,000 . I’m talking to my husband now about just returning the car instead of paying 8,000 for a car that’s not worth 800. There are so many Car lots in Jonesboro I don’t know how I could’ve made the worst car lot experience is my life by going here.. I’m definitely getting on board with getting a lawyer and calling whoever needs to know how shady this place works. When you walk in the door the secretary’s at the front desk are all eating and talking about the daily Gossip no matter what time of the day it is there... when you ask who you need to talk to about the situation it’s like all the employees are lost, . Very unprofessional.

**WARNING! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! They will sell you a car, then when you have problems with it, tell you too bad and to fix it yourself. Then when you are out of options and try to work something out like just returning the lemon of a car, they will completely screw you and your credit. DO NOT GO HERE.

Poor coustomer service they dont stand by there word even with writted promises they dont check there cars before they sell them. they where told by the people i took the car to that before they sold it to me what was wrong with the vehicle but they said go the cheapest way it is sold the coustomer will never know.

My experience was ridiculous first of all how can you sell a car and it dirty on the inside presentation is everything the sale rep was very impatient she seen to only want the sale u decided to go somewhere else simply because of the sale rep attitude I will not spend my money with a business that's not willing to answer my questions and get frustrated and it shows on their face

Wanda was our sales person, and she was very helpful and knew the autos on the lot. We were just getting prices of used trucks. Not yet in the market for one, but it's good to know what is out there.
