We received the most amazing customer service from Jason at your Jacksonville, Arkansas store today. We originally went to another Sherwin Williams store to get some paint to touch up our walls and trim. We had the original 5-gallon paint can from our build plus another quart of the same oil-based trim paint that was purchased a few years ago. The problem was that the quart did not match the original paint even though it was supposedly mixed to the same color code and formula as the original. When I used the quart paint touch up some trim and doors in my bathroom, the difference in color was horrific! It was so upset because we are in the process of listing our house for sale and I thought the entire bathroom would have to be repainted. The sales associates at the first store said all SW store were out of oil-based paint due to a supply shortage and there was no work around that would help save our bathroom.The sales associate suggested we go to the Jacksonville store because he was unable to pull up any of our previous trim colors in the computer. All the original paint was purchased at the Jacksonville store. Upon entering the Jacksonville store, we were greeting by Jason and explained our dilemma with the trim paint. He provided several different options for us to try with the small amount of paint that was in the original 5-gallon can. He said if that didn’t work to come back, bring the quart of oil-based paint that we had (the mis-match), a door or drawer from the bathroom and he could try to color match it to our original color.After about 10 minutes, he came back to the counter and showed us where he had tested the new paint that he was able to custom mix using the old mis-matched quart of paint that we already had. The results were amazing! We couldn’t see any different in the test patch and the original paint color! We were so happy that Jason saved the day!! Not only did he save us the cost of having to hire a professional painter to fix the mess, he saved our sanity today!! We couldn’t thank him enough for his expertise in color matching and assisting us through this process. Every store needs a Jason! He is the type of employee that Sherwin Williams should work hard to retain and reward for his great customer service. We will be using him to help us pick paint colors for our new home and can’t wait to work with him again!

Had a wonderful experience purchasing primer and tools/brushes etc. Alexis was extremely helpful through the whole process. Even when we asked in depth questions she knew all the answers and the differences between each type of roll/brush. Excellent experience we would come back!
