“Excellent customer service. Brandon deserves a major shout out (and a raise). He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and confident. He was able to help us purchase a watch he didn’t physically have in his store but we were able to pick it up at the mall next door. When those employees had trouble taking out a couple of links (and ending up damaging a piece), I called Brandon and he immediately said to bring it to him.
