This review is based on their pick up option... I placed my order via their app, and my order was ready for pick up at the time desired. I had a couple minutes to wait before the employee came out and provided my groceries. He was very polite and assisted with stacking the items neatly in my car.

Great Walmart! Parking lot is a weird setup, but you can find it. I've shopped in-person and used the online pick-up. They found almost all of the items and was prompt when they brought out the items.

Love the new online delivery options. I placed an order online and Wal-Mart in Jacksonville, Arkansas delivered it to the front door of my house the next day. I have more time to cook and watch my favorite shows like 90 Day Fiance and Love Hip Hop Atlanta

Needs more associates at the register and more 15 items or less check out lanes.. cause some of the ppl who shop don't know how to use a scan gun or be trying to steal. What's the chances of Walmart doing what Sams Club have ( Mobile check out ) ... nice work your guys doing the floor, Walmart must have gotten a stimulus check, . Well guys keep up the good work and they be paying you guys 15$ and 20$ for tire & battery dept. .... when will there be more Lysol, off brand is fine too.

I went to the Walmart in Cabot ar on January 19, 2020. I couldn't get what I needed and had to fight on every isle to try and get to the things I needed because Employees were lined up two and three large carriers up and down the isles. Walmart is so worried about the online shoppers they don't care about the customers. I really think they are trying to do away with their brick and mortar stores and do everything online. Most of the registers are now self serve taking away much needed jobs. By the time I could even find a register that had a cashier I was hurting so bad I just wanted out of there. The lady in front of me had a coupon over $7 so there was a wait for a CSM that never came they were too busy talking to each other and ignoring the cashier that was trying to get their attention. I had to leave my cart in line and go into the bathroom to throw up. I am disabled so I am not supposed to be on my feet that long. You can't get a ride on cart because either really heavy people are using them or they die in the middle of the store. If there was anywhere else to go to get food and material things I would go there instead. My hope is that one day someone will start up a store using Sam Walton's idea and make it customer friendly. A place where people will want to go instead of ordering online and waiting 2 days to pick up their groceries.

Ok, well let's start this by saying if your "white" just stay out of there, Bc they are racist!!! My girl went in at 6:45 at night and with only two registers, as usual. The one she went to the "cashier" turned her light off and said no, then proceeded to call a big black man over that didn't work there to strong arm her to moving! Well she was furious and left the store, as anyone would have. I tried to contact the management team and was told that she was lying etc. they tried to sweep it under the rug, and when I was on the phone I heard that manager giving people 75 dollar gift cards for obviously there silence. The GM Rodney is a total douche, as the other managers and corporate as well for not taking action. Below you will see posts from one of the managers that basically spell out cover up. I will be suing them. This is from one of the managers but as I respect her, I cannot divulge her information. I have small children and my job supports them. I went to management for her. That's as far as I'm willing to go. I do not want my name involved in any of this. I have to think of my ki Ohhh, don't bother with corporate.. they claim to send it to escalation department, but no phone, email or contacts exist for that department. Don't shop at Walmart, they don't give a crap about your business. My girl was racially assaulted and nothing is being done.
