I have been a customer of wireless etcetera since 2005 and they have been outstanding throughout all these years. If I ever have a problem they get it fixed the same day and I always get to speak with a real person every time I have ever called. Best customer service you can ask for!!

Christian was amazing when setting up. The whole process was fast and sufficient. The set up special was amazing and saved me $250. God bless this place and their staff wouldn’t choose any other provider.

We have been having trouble with internet for a few days. After Wetc tried to fix remotely I called and they immediately sent out Christian and another gentleman. They worked diligently until the issue was resolved. Could not have asked for faster or better service.

I have been a customer of Wireless, Etc for years I find service to be excellent, dependability to exceed my expectations, and personnel to be easy to work with. I had a small problem today and made one phone call. Technician was at my house in less than an hour and quickly resolved my problem. Very pleased.

If your internet goes down, you're on your own. Thunderstorms kill their service. Don't try calling, they won't answer.

I have never seen an internet company perform so badly it’s horrific. I don’t get a quarter of the mbps I pay for sometimes even less. The internet is not only slow but very unreliable.

i live in an area where the only other choice is satellite internet, and everybody knows how much of a hassle that can be. I started with hughes net, had them for 2 days and their service stopped working all together. wehn i called to see what was going on they said that i used all the data i was alloted. dripped them quick. got hooked up with wireless etc 2 years ago and havent had an issue yet.

Seems, I'm on Southside of tower, with that being said, the tower is around a mile from my home (as the eagle flies).Because of this reason, I get poor service. They've came out several times trying to improve the issue but nothing seems to work. I continue to stay because their customer service is outstanding.The main issue is the fact that it is way to slow so it buffers often. Kimberly Phillips Norsworthy
