Worst store I've ever visited. GO ELSEWHERE IF YOU ARE A VERIZON CUSTOMER THEY ARE ONLY A AUTHORIZED DEALER, THEY HAVE ZERO CONNECTIONS TO VERIZON Customer service sent me to that location to get a sim card. And the girl with the 2 color hair told me it would be 6.00 to buy the Sim, and if I wanted it to work it would be another 35.00. But I should get one from the company instead. When I told her I needed it for work (I was working, trying to), she told me that her and the other guy that was there was to busy doing updates on other people's phones and they could not and would not help me. It was 615 pm. on Thanksgiving Eve. She sent me across town to a closed store. Maybe the blue in her hair affected her customer service skills. IdkSTAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PRETEND VERIZON STORE
