I needed a new screen protector for my Flip 4 phone. I went in and it needed ordered. Once it arrived I made and appointment for the repair and was done in 15 minutes. Very professional.

I enjoyed talking with the owner. We had a few laughs. I took a cooler in that stopped cooling for me. It needed some sodering. The job was done very quickly and didn't cost me an arm or a leg. Lol, I was very happy with the service and respect shown to me as a customer.

Honestly wish I could give this man Zero stars. I literally have no proof if he scammed me or not but I feel like he did. I asked him to mail me my tablet back to me and it's been 2 weeks passed the due date and it has still not gotten to me.

Horrible service, my wife dropped her phone and cracked the screen. The phone was less than a year old. We called around to get everyone's prices and Paul told us he was the one to trust and that he would take care of the phone. The new screen was ordered and we dropped the phone off to be repaired. He never called to communicate that the phone was ready, we had to call him or run up there. Upon picking the phone up the camera no longer worked and the SD card wouldn't read. Paul assured it was all put together properly. We took it to Verizon to check the SD and a new one wouldn't read either. Paul disassembled the phone again and said the camera was the hardest that he had ever taken apart, that something must of been damaged. He ordered a new camera and SD tray. He assembled the phone and the camera works but will not read the SD and only works while hooked to wifi. The phone worked fine before just with a cracked screen. He said that he has done all he could and it was an unforseen circumstance. Very unprofessional and amateur guy. But he'll take your money and inform you that it won't be sent overseas like the other phone repair shops in the area.

The absolute worst. Had a bad feeling immediately after placing an order for a replacement phone screen & suffering a long and drawn out explanation about "and then the glue needs to dry for 3 hours" after he did the repair. I asked to just cancel the order - we're talking within minutes of him taking the order, before I even left the store - and he just pointed up to a sign that said "no refunds" and informed me that he couldn't possibly cancel it because he has a policy of no returns after he writes the receipt for an order. How is he still in business. What a practiced jackass. I said alright, came back the next day when it was supposed to be there, and it had been delayed. Really having a bad feeling now, I decided I'd never go back and went elsewhere for the repair, then immediately called my credit card company to dispute the Device Medic charge of $269. I had to wait 3 days before I could file the dispute. Meanwhile, the other phone repair store actually got the screen in the next day and fixed my phone in under an hour, with no crazy talk about any glue needing to dry for 3 hours. To this day, Paul, the owner of Device Medic, has still not called to tell me the part has arrived. How about that? I already knew I wasn't walking back into that store, the guy gave me the creeps, but unfortunately at this point my credit card is siding with him because he was able to provide the paperwork with my signature on it, and his "instant no return policy" in writing. I remember, this is still for a part I don't have and labor he never did. Unfortunately, we often don't often read negative reviews about a business until we're writing one. Buyer beware. I didn't have my guard up before the "trap" was set. After reading reviews of his business online and seeing his insidious, infuriating responses, it is clear I'm not the first person he has treated like this, and I won't be the last.

I just had a very unpleasant interaction with paul at The Device Medics in hot springs. He was super rude even though I came in respectfully. I paid 170 for a screen replacement and a case the next day my phone lagged a little and eventually started to have problems charging so I called him a couple days later to ask if I could come get it looked at. So I went in today and told him the problem and he starts telling me how my charger is the problem because it’s “**** from Walmart ” Then he went on to try to sell me one of his chargers and then tells me I do need a new charger port. Dude was rude with me cursed at me and walked away from me during conversation. And he basically begged for a tip during my first visit. @TheDeviceMedics is terrible!

Paul was very rude and turned a minor issue on a iPhone into a whole other problem. He tried to sell me a charger knowing my charger port was broken and the service was completely horrible. He wouldn’t even let me explain what the problem was without interrupting me and getting defensive and telling me how his products work best. He’s a real piece of work.
