I got my CPAP machine and new mask from them without difficulty. The rep made sure it fit correctly and showed me the specifics of my new machine.I bought a case of tabbed briefs and disposable underpads, and ergonomic spoon for a client from stock also.Great resource!

My Aunt is 75yo and had 20% of her lung removed, has COPD, and only has 38% oxygen. Robert, owner, delivered & set up the system shown, and no complaints about the initial visit. BUT 30+ days later my sister, ICU Nurse, checks her machine and it was never set up properly (the oxygen valve was never screwed on) so when she was sleeping and thought she was getting oxygen, she wasn’t….they did come pick up the machine and gave insurance a credit memo but this could’ve been a lot worse of an accident. She said the words sorry or an apology never happened.Older people need simple, easy to follow, instructions and “you’re all good to go” should mean just that. She moved her business over Delta and highly recommends them!

Synergy Healthcare is the best company I've had the pleasure of working with for my medical equipment. They go above and beyond to make equipment accessible and affordable for their patients. Synergy is EXTREMELY patient oriented and the response time is super fast when needing supplies or just answers to questions. I was able to get much needed life support equipment with no out of pocket cost over my insurance compared to another local company wanting $240 a month out of pocket. And when I say Kristen is a God send, I mean it wholeheartedly. She is the absolute person human I've had the honor of knowing. Without her assistance I honestly don't know if I would be here today.

My daughter has scoliosis and as you can imagine, a teenager wearing a huge “ninja turtle like shell brace” could be very mentally draining. The team at Synergy Healthcare went above and beyond to counsel not just her, but also me, at what to expect. The entire team is beyond amazing… I would even say life changing. l highly recommend Synergy Healthcare for any orthotic or prosthetic need!
