Was twice as much as an Uber cost and they said if I wanted to use my card, they would find a cab that could take a card, but it would be a while. $20 for an 8 mile ride. I went ahead and downloaded the Uber app and paid only $9.50 for the same ride and it was faster.

It took nearly an hour to get one there cause the first driver didnt know where to go, but after getting one to where we were it all was pretty good, the driver we ended up getting was pretty chill and got us right where we needed pretty quickly

The driver was extremely rude when coming to pick up an elderly and telling her that she couldn’t take her because her wheelchair wouldn’t fit in the car but she finally gave up and the wheelchair fit perfectly fine after it was folded up. She had an attitude the entire time because she had to cater to an elderly needs before her own. Definitely will never call them again

These guys have gotten me back and forth to work for the last three weeks.friendly drivers professional and they value my time as much as I value there's.bottom line respect I respect this company of folks who pick me up and get me home as fast as possible because they know it's a work transportation issue for e thanks spa city cab ( and awesome dispatch too !)also they know my livelihood depends on getting there .And treat like a coworker cause we all have to work .

Called for a cab 45 mins ago Bc I was worried, I would be late to work. Said they had a cab coming, called again after the 45 minutes has went by, and the lady on the phone was like “well do you want your cab” in an extremely rude, passive, aggressive manner, and I was just explaining how I was worried about being late for work. Just got back in from Canada late, and this cab service was the worst part of the whole trip and I had already gone through a great deal with planes, another taxi, a train ride, just wanted to get home. I would only recommend them if you have no other options, I got home safe, but the overall experience was less than ideal.

The driver was on the phone cursing to another cab driver about her previous two calls wasn't there and how she hasn't made money that day,my mother was in the front seat, riding home from the hospital,mom asked her to turn the air-conditioning vent off her, and the taxi lady smacked the vent towards her more,(my mother is 73 yrs.old and weights 80 pds.) very rude/bitter driver,two thumbs down ??

Flat rate no meter was used I city block $11. Return trip to Hotel request went unfulfilled. The dispatcher said that the driver was on another and hadn't let her know if he would take the run 40 minutes later. So we walked back.

Very disappointed in how unreliable and rude the driver was. Tried telling me where to sit! You'd get where you're going quicker with Uber in my opinion.

Cost of a short trip (4 miles) was more than expensive. $30 is entirely over pricing for that small of a distance. This was NOT how this company was ran, about 1 year ago..
