I have been a member for several years, actually liked shopping there. But a couple of days ago my disabled husband and I went there for a few things. I got him a motorized cart to get around the store on. The cart was at 100% battery, he rode it for about 10-15 minutes no problem. We get to the other side of the store it drops to 15%. There was no way it could have dropped so quickly. The problem we have is simply NO ONE had the decency to stop to help us. I literally had to pull him to the front of the store, where we still had no help. I'm not so sure we will ever go back and I certainly won't recommend them to anyone. What happened to all the helpful staff?

Love Sam's and don't have anything against the franchise itself but the deli or meat Dept in this Sam's is not up to standards in my experience. I've had an instance when I've gotten sushi and it's been bad. The salads are filled with lettuce ends to make the weight and just a filler. Looks good but when you get it home was filled with what should've been put in the garbage. Prices are already high so at least give me something to feel I've gotten my moneys worth.

The help desk is amazingly inefficient. Plenty of staff but no organization. Plan on spending at least 30 minutes waiting for a quick return...

We love this sams club everyone is so helpful, Scott was so polite and so helpful when we were making a large furniture purchase.

My husband and I go every week and EVERY week we are bombarded by someone asking us who we have cell phone service or who we have our cable through. We are there to get what we need. If we needed new phone or cable service we could do our own research we DO NOT need them hounding us. Otherwise the store itself is great.

Sam's has some decent things but it isn't as good as Costco. We use Sam's for some fill in stock instead of driving to little rock. The problem is that we try to use scan and go and it doesn't work. The employees have no clue and we end up having to go back and check out through the line. This hassle has made my decision to drive to Costco instead of shopping at Sam's

we go once a month to this store it is Hot Springs AR. we love the products and the store employees are helpful. overall the store has large products that are great. I only wish they had more natural health products like ginko biloba and elderberry, not gummies which are useless. I can get general poducts like nasanex and tomotoe paste, honey, laundry products. I would like a natural health area with the items noted. we do love the store.

Got Flu shot! Shopped and realized I didn’t have card w/me… Customer service printed a slip I was able to scan at checkout! Nice store nice staff!

I bought tires a few weeks ago. I have been there three times to have them put on. The staff is friendly and helpful but they don't have support from their manager. They have a ajr compressor that went down a week ago and were promised one that day. I is still not there so they are working on a reduced basis and they are expected to wait on incoming customers. This is the only Sam's in I have seen do this.They need a manager.

Wouldn't know what to do with my Sam's. I love the Scan and Go and have been doing it for years and can't imagine why others don't use it. You can use it also at the gas station.

We stoped to get gas but all gas pumps were blocked off. No gas for us!!!?

There were at least 3 families in the store that were not wearing masks. Three staff members said they were instructed to not enforce the policy within the store, only at the entrance. It’s the Governors mandate and your store policy? I can understand that you don’t want to call police but it is a membership and not a given right to violate the law . You can refuse service just as COSTCO has chosen.

Overall the store is great, well laid out and good selection of items. My only complaint is the tire dept. employees. Good luck on getting the phone answered, called twice and the phone was never answered, wanted to check on the hours they were open. We got there and was told by an employee the stopped taking customers at 4:30 and I got there at 4:33 and there was no vehicles in the bays but they would not take my vehicle. I guess they were just following orders,
