Poor customer service. I ordered an item that proved to be completely inadequate for its intended purpose. I followed their return policy and asked for permission to return the items. In the request, I supplied both my customer number and the invoice number. It seems that they would have reviewed the invoice, determined that they did not qualify for a refund. Instead I received permission to return the items and that I would receive a refund less a restocking fee.. After they received them they informed me that they were clearance items and I would receive no refund. This is simple incompetence and completely inappropriate. This is not the first time I have had problems with their policies. I will not do any further business with this company.

Such a cute little shop! The owner was very friendly and was super welcoming. My friend and I wanted some fun pieces made by local folks and this shop delivered! She carries some mass produced pieces at lower price points, but we found some amazing hand made items as well. Love the selection and the owner! I will be ordering more from them!

If you purchase a beaded necklace on a horseshoe nail, you are wearing something sent to Rings n things in good faith that we would be paid. My wife and I were on our honeymoon stopped in there just for a look. We struck a deal with the owner, she gave us some beads and my wife made not only made her beaded necklaces and made some for her out of our own stock. Numerous phone calls to no avail. Guess we will never see payment. Nothing good comes from ill begotten ways.

My husband bought a ring for me after we spoke extensively to the owner. She said the artisan was highly recommended and she loved his work. The ring was very pretty. I have worn jewelry for years and take excellent care of it. I only wear my jewelry when I am not doing things that could damage it. I wore the ring FOR ONE WEEK and it broke. Completely. After I spoke with another professional jeweler, he said the artisan should have known it would break. It will cost one and a half times what I paid to fix it! So, I contacted this jewelry store and the owner agreed to take it back. But when I followed all the directions she gave to the letter, I heard nothing for weeks, I sent it back and nothing. Finally, I came home to my broken ring returned to me and a refusal to assist me further. For someone to run a business like this is beyond me. If I treated customers this way, I would never have customers. I hope to spare anyone being treated this way. If you are on vacation, beware this venue.

Thank you Rings N Things for my wife's new bag. Her quest to hot springs was complete after this. She loves just visiting & talking. Knowing her she can't wait for our next visit.
