Katy Henson, the sales clerk, is amazing. She provides excellent service and goes out of her way to ensure that customers are satisfied. I love Munro shoes and it's wonderful to have the opportunity to buy slightly imperfect ones at a significant discount.

Great prices on a limited selection of good quality shoes. I realize it's a factory outlet store but the lack of an onsite restroom is a dealbreaker if you happen to be there when nature calls and have to drive a mile and a half to get to a bathroom
