Master Tech Automotive most definitely have the most talented and knowledgeable mechanics. They are honest and do not overcharge. Greg has been my mechanic for many years. I trust the entire staff to work on my vehicles! You will not be dissapointed.

Avoid at all cost!! Dropped my car off to get timing fixed after installing all new gaskets. When I went to get my car and seen/heard my car, I started asking questions. This made them mad cause a Guy named Greg to tell me to leave without my car which was not happening. He proceeds to pull a gun out, chamber a round and point it at me for getting in my car. From there the whole staff jumped me. The police where called and then gunman was arrested and the owner and other staff charged with assault. They tried to clear the bill if I wouldn’t press charges, needless to say I didn’t accept the offer. First court 2-16-24. I wouldn’t suggest this place to my worst enemy. Avoid at all cost!!

Honestly genuinely terrible. Like I would never recommend a single person to bring any type of vehicle here. Had my Dad’s car towed here because we heard good things but they were obviously wrong. His brakes had been locking up. It had been in their shop for over a month to end up never being fixed. They worked on it a little, charged us $700 for work they never did. They said they had changed the almost everything brake related because his brakes kept locking, that was $700. They then say they’ll keep working on it free of charge. They don’t. They let his car sit in their yard for a week or more, you could tell because of the tires. Brake rotors and calipers are rusted, haven’t been touched or changed. They’re the same ones as before, same with the rear brake drums even though they said they had replaced all of that and charged us for it. I’m quite disappointed in a shop like that and I hope people see my review and don’t take their car there. We ended up having to get his car towed to a different mechanic because they claimed they had “worked on it plenty and couldn’t fix it” I’m pretty sure they did the bare minimum, charged the most and then called it quits. Don’t take your vehicle here because I did and I wish I didn’t. A month and a half is now gone because they worked on it for like two weeks and then let it sit.

Fast enough service in these busy times. They made sure they would be confident sending their mom cross country in my car before letting it go. They encountered a weird problem and checked EVERYTHING til they figured it out, explained it to me so I understood the issue and tried to keep me on my schedule. Unfortunately the part needed wasn't available as quickly as I wanted, but its worked out & didn't break the bank. Will recommend and will (hopefully not need to) go there again. :) ?

Contacted shop, on a Thursday, explained the basics of what my troubles were with my ride. Asked about a diagnosis and repair. (Mind you, We used them before and were pleased) I was told they couldn't get to it until Monday, I let them know that was fine as I was arranging a tow delivery.When tow departed early Monday my spouse contacted them and explained all concerns. He was told they were short hand so it might be a day or 2, no worries we want you to let us know all that is wrong get a quote and we would have them do the work.Wednesday we check in and they haven't had a chance to look at it. Ok no stress. Following Tuesday (week 1), we check again, still not had a chance. (All right???) Thursday we received a call stating the battery is dead and they replaced it. "Ok, and have you figured out the rest of the issues?"(We told them the battery was likely dead, after the time we spent trying to look for issue and figure out paying for repairs)"Well, we didn't look at those" (a tap in engine and oil pressure issue) "we have been "bit" to many times on that work." Uhm.... then why take it in??265$ and almost 2 weeks of having my truck and you didnt do anything more than what we told you we knew.If you dont do engine work, find oil pressure issues, or diagnose anything of the sort why would you agree to take it in???NEVER AGAIN!

They took care of my truck and noticed that my belt needed to be replaced as well. I would definitely recommend them. I appreciated them taking the time to notice other items that needed to be replaced while they were under the hood.
