I purchased 3 items that were clearly marked $2.99 each. I was charged $3.79 each. I brought this to their attention. All they did was pull the incorrect price off. They did not offer to make things right.
I will never buy from this store again.

I got back into town late... wanted to have a nice top-shelf drink to relax & finish off the night.
The staff (Jazz) was respectful & very helpful (this is important because I just came from Happy's Liquor, and I simply walked away because of the lack of customer service). J&B's shared their knowledge of brands and helped me make an informed decision.
So even though it's out of my way, I will drive past other businesses to go to J&B's in the future. Their selection isn't what I typically am looking for, but the customer service is definitely what I expect.
So drive further down the road like I did. J&B's customer service shined tonight in contrast to competitors.
