Convenient location and parking. I recently had a security situation with the Dell laptop that I purchased there 4 years ago, at a fraction of the cost of other retailers, so I was confident Danny and staff could help me thru this unknown territory. I had dreaded telling anyone what I might have gotten myself into, but that's not how these folks roll. It's a no shame zone. They were kind and reassuring and within a few days, my laptop was cleaned, updated and malware free for a fair price. If the bad guys infiltrate your machine, these are the guys to take it to. They can also outfit you with devices to fit your technical needs.

I spent over 10hrs trying to fix my pc myself. Dell support was no help. I was so frustrated. I called the computer store and they walked me through and solved my problem in under 5 min! I will definitely recommend and use their services again! Thanks guys!

I have spent over 10hrs trying to fix my computer myself, no help from dell support. even almost did a factory reset on my pc. I called them today and they walked me through my problem in under 5 min! so friendly and helpful! definitely will use them again!

We rarely need help from a computer store but found ourselves with a bad portable hard drive! The staff was amazing!! Tested the drive and told us it was fried. Gave us two places they use to try and retrieve data off a bad drive. He even gave us a recommendation to buy a SSD Harddrive instead of the disk-type external hard drive we had. Showed us his. Told us how much money we should expect to spend. He did all this and charged us nothing!! Great service and advice!! Will certainly use him anytime we have issues. Highly recommend everyone does!
