Forrest, the Owner, did a great job helping me install two front struts.
I bought them from Advanced Auto Parts, just East of the shop.
I got there at 7:30AM on Friday and he told me to show up at 7:30AM on Monday. The work was complete at 10:31AM.
The service writer & tech notified me that I needed a new ball joint, which was part of the rattle I heard. As well, he notified me that I needed my brakes changed very soon and told me how much pad was left in millimeters and that my sway bars were shot. The allignment was cancelled due to needing to replace the ball joint.
All 3 people were nice, professional and fast. The waiting room was cool, busy and had about 4 seats. There's places nearby if you need to sit and work or kill time - Walmart, Popeye's, Sonic, Sutherlands.

The employee I spoke to, Mark, was super nice and friendly. Very helpful. But trying to get my vehicle in their at a prior date was impossible. And they didn't seem interested in looking at my vehicle.

Chapmond Auto are professional and skilled mechanics. They are reasonably priced and get the job done in a very timely manner. Mark and Forrest are nice guys. I will be going here for all my truck maintenance.

Top notch, honest shop. Had a noise coming from my wife's car (probable bad CV joint) and they recommended holding off as it should probably not be a catastrophic failure. They didn't charge me and 2000 miles later its still working.

3 out of 4 issues I had with the vehicle I took to them were not addressed although they charged me for them. The major issue, battery constantly dying and needing jumped, was supposedly addressed but became worse after seeing them to the point of not being able to even jump the car although the battery had been replaced.
Forrest was very friendly on the phone the one time he answered, but the other guy I dealt with the majority of the time was a rude JA. Although I had paid in full and made arrangements with the receptionist for pickup, he called me and asked, "Are you ever going to come pick up your car??" Not sure what his deal was, but he had a terrible attitude throughout the whole process.

These guys were quick to diagnose and repair (even near the holidays) and were friendly during visits. Prices are fair for the level of service. Recommended.

Would not recommend this place. Shiesty people, and other than the girl that answered the phone one time, very hard to deal with. Took a car in and explained the two problems I was having (overheating and battery dying). Said they wouldn't work on the car until they fixed a tire that was going flat. I paid them to fix it and fix the issues causing the problems. Went to pick the car up, and the tire they said they fixed was flat and the battery was dead. Drove the car home, and it overheated.
