They were on it. Once the insurance rep gave the okay, they had the car done within 24 hours. Customer service was stellar, and my odyssey is driving like I never hit that deer.

One of my coworkers accidentally backed into my car and left the dent in And I took it to CARSTAR they told me that they would take care of me. They did it in a timely manner. I was very satisfied with the finished work and I will recommend them to anyone that’s in need of that type of service and I will use them again.

The entire staff was outstanding, Ms Christian was awsome. It was nice to get a progress report every other day. There were no surprises and work was completed on time.

Kristen at the front desk is the nicest, friendliest, assistant I’ve probably ever met. The owner went above and beyond to make this experience as easy as possible for me, as I basically work out of my car all day long. People are incredibly nice and kept me up to date with where my car was at in the process of it getting fixed. Love that they worked directly with the insurance company which took a lot off my plate. They even finished earlier than I expected and detailed my car which I was greatly appreciative of. Hope I don't have to use their services again cause it's never fun having to deal with auto accidents, but if I do I will be using them again.
