Lied to on multiple occasions by corporate and owner. Package delivered elsewhere they told me they would refund me and if it showed up keep it. Well that story changed then talked to someone else and they said no you’ll get money back and don’t worry about jerky well they lied no refund. Have ordered thousands from them and even more in store won’t be back due to that. Tried calling back and now they won’t answer.

I thought there would be more to this place, but it was very underwhelming. There was quite a variety of different jerky, but wasn't too impressed and the young lady' and man behind the counter wasn't particularly too welcoming.

We went into the store just to look around. We bought one small bag (no samples available due to COVID-19) and opened the bag once back at our campsite. Man oh man, this is some good jerky!! Now we wish that we’d bought more!! The jerky is not tough and it’s so flavorful. Highly recommend!

I love this place. I stop in whenever I walk downtown. Awesome jerky. The guy who works there is really sweet every time and so are the other ladies who work there. Great place ????

Came in Wednesday and the guy working was extremely rude to us. Didn’t say a word or even look up when we walked in, the only time he actually spoke is when we were paying and he asked if we wanted our receipt. He had a scowl on his face the whole time.

We go every time we're in Hot Springs. Staff is awesome. We bought last bag of Cajun Brisket Jerky. One of our favorites! Hope to see you guys soon again!
