I had an appointment scheduled a week in advanced for an alignment. I get to the store for my appointment….and the store is closed. No one decided to call me to let me know or even to reschedule my appointment. Crappy!

I just really want to give American Wheel and Tire a huge shout out. My wheels were not good at all. I went up there and was quickly taken care of by Krys (Lee). And as he was backing my truck out one of the other guys heard something.
My truck was stuck in 4wd for months and they were able to get it out for me
I haven’t felt safe driving in weeks but they were able to help me so so much

Reserved the tires and made an appointment to install them. 3 hours later they get to my vehicle.
Watched people come and go as my vehicle sat there.
Been a customer for 10 years, will consider other options next time.

Wow! This shop has the nicest people I have ever seen! Lee was a lifesaver for me today. My sister and I had a problem with our car while on a trip and we stopped here. In less than an hour they had our car fixed and back on the road. Lee even heard it was my 50th wedding anniversary and left me a little card inside my car! Now who delivers this kind of personal service??? American Tire is Thoughtful, most efficient and affordable place around! They get ????? from me!?

Life is a lot like radar: We look for blips on the screen, and usually forget what the screen represents. For me, reliable transportation is a lot like life on the screen, the background between blips of action. The last two times I’ve visited American Tire and Wheel to buy tires, Roy has greeted me like family, treated me like a good friend and left me feeling confident I am safe to travel life between the blips. That’s a good feeling. That’s good people. That’s good business. Thank you!

I’ve been buying tires exclusively from AT&W for 23 years. My first experience was buying two Bridgestone Potenza Sp02’s for a 98 Prelude SH in 2001. They messed up and put on four tires. When I pointed out their mistake, they told me to keep the tires ams they weren’t going to charge me for them. These were $190 tires in 2001. Told them I’d be a customer for life. Yesterday my wife got a large screw in her tire on the way to pick up our kids. She barely made it to AT&W right before closing at 4:40. At first they said they couldn’t get to her because the guys have been working in 100° + heat all day and they had stopped taking customers for the day. After she explained she had no way other to pick up the kids and they saw her tire was completely flat at this point, they took the car back, and put in a new tire. The easy thing would have been to say no and they wouldn’t have been wrong to do so. The customer is NOT always right. But once again, they put the customer first. That’s rare today. I’ll never go anywhere else.

Great and fast service! I stopped by 2 days ago and told them I needed 4 new tires and what brand I wanted. They ordered them for me and had them by the next day. I got there this morning right when they opened. They got my car in quickly, put my new tires on, and I was out the door in about 40 minutes! Will be going back for all future tire needs!

I ordered tires and wheels off of the internet because it's cheaper and obviously i get a wider selection. I've always used American tire and wheel because they do do a good job. Been using them for years.
When I called to make an appointment, I told them I had 4 tires and wheels I needed mounted and balanced. He told me they only mount and balance tires and wheels they sell. They've never done that before. I've had them do that for me several times in the past. Kinda puts a bad taste in your mouth. Guess since you don't get to make the sell and rake the extra cash in off the inflated prices, it's not worth your time to help a paying and loyal customer.
I'll remember this one. I know yall are up to your ears in business and it won't hurt you. But that ain't right guys.
