I had a visit by the raspatory specialist on 6/21/2024. The technician made sure my machine was properly working, Also inquired about the supplies for the machine and assured me that he would be submitting a order for what I needed. Very thorough and good patient awareness. He checked my CO level, my oxidation and discussed the readings from both. Everything went very well. I am very pleased with his service.

I needed the pressure adjusted on my CPAP (Dr had sent orders). Mandi saw me promptly, made adjustment, and explained a couple features on machine of which I was unaware. She also listened to my frustrations with current headgear and mask. She had me try a new design. That was 2 weeks ago. I love it. Top notch product. The only truly comfortable one I have used in years. Mandi is very personable and professional. So thankful we have her at the Hot Springs location.

I've had the pleasure of using AeroCare for multiple things in my house, from bath and potty chairs to CPAP, Nebulizer and now Oxygen. Every time I find them to be not only efficient but extremely caring. They take the time to make sure you not only have everything you need but you understand how everything works and feel comfortable working with it. I HIGHLY recommend them. My husband has used other people in town for some of his needs and we found they did not follow up well with maintenance of CPAP and it was hard to reach them. Not the case with AeroCare!! He's now moved all of his stuff over to have the same exceptional care!!

Andrea was patient and kind while helping my mother adapt to the NIV mask. She was able get my mother agree to with it’s use, when I could not.

Great service! Tyka was professional yet personal; patiently answered all my questions, fitted my new mask yet promised to try and find the Resmed Ultra Mirage II that I've been using for years. She explained how to get future supplies mailed to my address & provided my initial 3-months of supplies. I like my choice of DME provider!!
