Bought an expensive spray to be delivered to a funeral On Saturday, June 17. The flowers I understand were pretty but they weren’t delivered until June 19. Their explanation was they are closed and don’t make deliveries on Saturday. ( That didn’t stop them from accepting the order and taking my money)

Called for a Valentine's flower arrangement. Spoke with David, he assured me they would make it, and deliver that day between 2-5 pm. Never arrived. Called the next morning 6 times before he answered. He stated they would still deliver, but were out of roses. He LIED to me the previous day. So I was forced to cancel my order. Then 5 minutes later David calls me back and harrasses me regarding my cacelling. Very unprofessional and thretening.

I recently purchased an arrangement for a friend at Flower Dome. They were beautiful, well done. They were very fresh and were a nice assortment. My husband recently flowers for our anniversary. Again, very happy with the arrangement. They looked great for at least a week. I am including 2 photos, the first from the day they were delivered and the next was a full week later. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Flower Dome.

My friend's 100 year old mother died of COVID. I called Flower Dome and told them that her mother's favorite flower was yellow roses and I wanted to order a dozen. He explained to me that the only roses he had that were yellow had orange tips on them; I told him that was ok. I asked him to be sure to call her before they went however they were left on the porch; they didn't even ring the doorbell. He didn't send roses (even though I told him WHY I wanted them); instead he sent a flower of mixed florals which were pretty but it wasn't what I wanted. I live in Texas; My friend who lives in Hot Springs, AR called me to tell me she had received the flowers and I was so surprise at the photo she sent. So she called him when we got off the phone; guess what HE HUNG UP ON HER! He said she hurt his feelings - WAH!!! What a jerk! He called me a couple of hours later and said if it would make me happy he'd send her 3-4 yellow roses. REALLY!!! There was not one yellow rose in the arrangement.

For Christmas my son & DIL had a beautiful arrangement sent to me. Instead of watering, I would add ice cubes. Trimmed the stems a couple times, placed in the fridge when we had to leave town. They lived for nearly a month!I mentioned to my husband that if he ever wanted to send me flowers, to please use The Flower Dome as I was totally impressed with the arrangement, design and how long they lasted.My husband ordered Valentine's flowers for me that arrived on the 13th. Today is the 18th and they are prettier today than the first day! I am so impressed with the quality and beauty of the flowers an designs of the arrangement.

When my daughter called the shop at 9am to inquire whether her online order had been received and scheduled for delivery, the man who answered was quite rude. His responses to her were abrupt. He acted as though she was an annoyance not a valued customer. The flower arrangement was lovely as have been others received from there. But someone needs to improve their customer interaction and phone etiquette.

I contacted the Flower Dome from Milwaukee, Wisconsin to order flowers for my sister living in HSV following a recent surgery and upcoming birthday. The arrangement was exactly what I had envisioned and included every flower I had requested and then some! Simply gorgeous!!!

I had bought an azaleas for my mom for valentines day and had it delivered to her house. It has been 6 days and they are already dead. Azaleas are supposed to be pretty hardy and when they arrived they were super cold. They probably were cold shocked. The delivery fee was outrageous.

I love it when my husband surprises me with a smile on his beautiful face and a big bouquet of my favorite flowers and even designs the floral arrangements himself so it adds that personal style and elegance to remind me of how lucky I am to have such a great husband to spend the rest of our lives together.
