Called very last minute with an arrangement I wanted to be delivered to a friend. Not only did they deliver it in time but also they delivered the most beautifulest arrangement. I never thought it would have turned out as great as it did being last minute . Very pleased and highly recommend

I had a hard time finding a good florist. Hot Springs Florist and Gifts have been top notch! If you have any questions or concerns they will address it immediately. My go to florist from now on.

I placed a last minute online order to be delivered for my mother's birthday. I'm very satisfied it was delivered within the hour of being placed I had no problems placing the order online and everything went smoothly. Highly recommend. Due to living in little rock the image isn't of great quality but the arrangement is still beautiful

I live out of town and wanted to send flowers to a friend in Hot Springs. They had a good online rating, so I chose them. I talked with Cheryl, told her what I would like to have and to please deliver. Within about 2 hours, my friend sent a picture of the flowers they received! They were absolutely gorgeous! Not only are they prompt with their deliveries, Cheryl created a perfect, incredibly beautiful arrangement! Most definitely recommend ???

Worst Customer Service ever! Tried to place an order to have delivered to Oaklawn. Lady said she couldn't help us. Wasn't interested in our order and there are 5 other Florist in the area we could call. They had too much going on to deliver to Oaklawn. So we called Johnson Floral Company. They are wonderful and took care of us. Call them! They won't turn down your business. Do business with those who appreciate it!

My boyfriend called to order flowers for me and within 1 hour the most beautiful flower arrangement I’ve ever received was at my door. The flowers were brilliant colors and extremely fresh and well arranged. Highly recommend.

My sister needed a pick me up and these flew her to the sky! Thank you for brightening her day with these gorgeous flowers with a beautifully delicate handwritten note!! I was expecting a printed card and wouldn’t have blamed them given how long it was(mothers?). I ordered them online and the whole process was so easy and they even delivered them same day! I am a very happy customer and highly recommend them!

The flowers were simply gorgeous!!!! when you're at a funeral, you don't expect a family member to come to you and point them out and ask if these were yours .. I was pleasantly surprised because you never know ordering out of town what you're going to get!.., This florist really delivered and I will recommend them from now ! Let me add one more thing when I called that day ,the professionalism was on point! Thanks again.!❤️

This florist is amazing! I needed a same day delivery as I procrastinated lol And they totally met the challenge! My sister was so pleased with her flowers..I mean what girl doesn't love flowers?! Also,I live out of state, and online ordering was super simple. Definitely be using them again! Thanks again HSF&G!
