My sister who is hard of hearing was getting her medicine . A very tall ,dark headed man/boy with facial hair was so very rude .I'm sure he would be very upset if someone spoke to his grandmother - the way he spoke to her. One day you will get older , possibly hard of hearing - you will see how it feels. It saddens me that our younger generation has no respect for their elders .Otherwise love this store .11/18/21 between 4-5 pm

They do not have access to adequate CHANGE (coins) in return for USD bills. If you give them a $10.00 bill and your change is $7.88 they only can give you $7.00 in change. Customers are being short changed every single day. This is no fault of the Workers, but rather the Management. Something needs to be done before the customers take legal action, or worse. It is NOT OK to steal from people. It is smart business to give proper change back each and every single time. No excuses. I do NOT recommend this store. The workers however are nice enough, and the store is fine. But the lack of change received is an absolute No-No.

The associates are always friendly and helpful. I have a hectic schedule and I online shop most of the time. They bring my things out without a long wait every time. I will always use them for all of my pharmacy needs.

The two girls working today had no customer service skills whatsoever. I said "Hi" to both girls got no response at all from either. Also the girl that gave me my Fedex package said nothing at all. It was really the worst customer service at a Walgreens I've ever experienced. You really should train your employees to be nice, friendly and personable.
