I arrived at Tire Plaza right at opening time, before any other customers were there, but it still took them an hour and a half to change my oil and fix a leak in my tire.Considering there were no other vehicles ahead of me, I'm not sure what caused the delay. Several people were serviced and left before I did. I could have driven to two different places in the same amount of time and had my car serviced. I hope their technical skill is better than their time management. If you plan to come, clear your agenda they like you to keep them company. I’ll not be bringing my 4 vehicles here any longer.

Was told me that they would get me right in.. no I waited 1 hour still didn’t get my vehicle in!! Poor service poor attitude. I’m never using them!!

I came in with what i expected to be one problem and it turned out to be a cheeper problem. Some places would have “fixed” what I said was the problem and let me come back when the actual problem failed. They are a good group of folks and I would recommend their services to everyone.
